I seriously cant believe that the question of purchasing more products from this company is even seriously being considered by some. Why? None of their products are anywhere near spectacular enough to go through the bullshit that is required with this company. this. it's barely worth the little sustained energy i devote to getting products or refunds for the items i paid for so many months ago. Thats if for me. Its not the wait or the problems, its the lies, the dishonesty and the attitude. At the beginning I wondered if they were just naïve or incompetent, and a little greedy, which lead to the mess they got themselves in but the longer its gone on the more unpleasant they seem to be and the more obvious its been every time they come up with some new excuse or delaying tactic on not delivering the goods people paid for.

I posed this question out of morbid curiosity. Not sure if I will ever order from them again. Too much bad PR and making me look bad to my peers when I praised the company early on. I can't respect that. But, I was curious to see if people have a line they'd be willing to reconsider on. If they do RTW jackets, and @untucked's tanxtan jacket is offered again, I may cave like a fool. It's a 12oz shirt lol

A number of people have reported getting what they canceled the order for months ago. It's also possible they shipped you someone else's order, or your same order again. I wouldn't be surprised by any of these scenarios.

Open it and tell us what it is! Email them and ask for a shipping label to return it. They'll never send you one and you can keep the item in good conscience.

Thanks for the replies. Opened the package . Seems like it's a pair of jeans that's one half of a cancelled order. Of course no replies to my emails requesting a return label. So what's the ethics here, am I justified keeping them if they don't respond or do I pay the freight and send them back.....

You send them a request, try giving them a call to find out if they want them back, if they ignore it for two weeks I'd guess they're yours. I would try calling them and emailing, though, for your conscience sake. You could also tell your postman that you received it, but it's not yours and you need to return to sender but you're not willing to pay for it, and they might take it back. It all comes down to how much guilt you carry around in your normal life, and how annoyed you are with them as a company. They probably an't even tell if you cancelled your order.

I received my 2nd RTW order yesterday, 1 pair of the 16.5's. They are great except they sent me a pair of 37's not the size 36 I ordered. Tried calling but it went to VM so I emailed them requesting a paid return shipping label. No way am I incurring a shipping charge for their mistake. I'll give them about a week and a half to reply. No reply and I will do a chargeback with my cc company. I'm not about to go chasing them down to resolve this
I paid the full non sale price of $55 plus $12 shipping for these too

How is the 24 oz fabric coming along? I can't wait to wear the jacket i ordered. But moving to LA in september, I doubt i will wear it a lot. We will have it ready for Sept. The test runs are very promising. I don't think we will make it again though. GUYS...he was sending us a signal!!

From what we have been told, the loom was only operational as far as the power light went on, and I'm betting he knew there was noway he could ever pull it off. He didn't even have anyone who knew how to run it, even if it was operational.

That's how I read it, like I said...maybe someone slipped some truth serum into his vape solution at the time of that comment. The loom that he probably referenced was the one he would power up from time to time in the Phoenix shop just to "show off" that it still worked. Granted it was more to show how noisy it actually was.
