When will this house of cards tumble down? It is such a messy customer experience that I am absolutely amazed that they are still trading. Why would anyone on this forum possibly order from them?

Pretty sure their policy is to wait until you've called them three times before they actually issue any refund... geez that means I have to call another 2 times. new girl promised a refund by 6/1, still no refund lol

Message received on the website-
'These are ready to order, however if someone requests a hem then our team hems them. All the jeans are made in a certain fit, so if you order a 34 for example and would like a slim taper, then we have to taper the leg because that size is only made in a slim straight. Laura will be shipping your order out in the next 24 hours. Also, we will go ahead and add another $12 in store-credit for the shipping cost. Thank you for your patience and support! hopefully I answered all your questions.'
I sent a response asking haw we are supposed to know what fits different sizes are made in. And- what do they mean by 'if you request a hem'? It has an inseam selection on the site, with no warning that they may not already be hemmed. I had assumed all along that this was the situation- make 50 slim tapers, 50 slim straights, 50 straights in each waist, hem to order, if we run out of a size, taper them, or just send whatever is laying around. I'm betting that is why I got straights when I ordered slim straights.

f!@k it. I filed a dispute with American Express. I'm tired of dealing with this company. I've been trying to get a resolution to the mistake they made for a week and I've had radio silence. I will never order from LD again.

Yea WATCH out...I disputed mine weeks ago. Got a refund for 3 items I ever got. BUT TODAY they processed those 3 orders again! Charged again! Now, I go to the website to get their contact info....site is down. Just emailed them. Insane.

I did. Basically I got my Money back. We were done. They must have forgot, thought I still wanted these items. Now my card is charged again even though I cancelled my order weeks ago. They refunded me. Again, there records must suck. And forgot. Now I have to tr to get my $ back all over again.

Since LD finally processed my return, I called and cancelled the dispute process. I'll give them a chance to refund me without th3 hassle of a chargeback. Took them a week to do what they said would take a day.

9 months? Are you just waiting, in the interest of science, to see how long it goes? Many (or at least some) of us have not recieved anything or have recieved something other then what we ordered. I haven't recieved an order from October and another October order came to me in the wrong size (not sewn up wrong. I ordered a XL and recieved XXL). So something's have been sent back to be lost in a cluster vortex. By any chance are you looking to sell your Xxl chambray as opposed to working thru their refund system? I may be interested as the Xxl regular fit and Xxxl slim fit both work for me in their sizing.

I'm not sure why people seem surprised about the batch of order confirmations that went out for all orders. This is at least the 2nd (but I think 3rd) time it has happened. It seems any time they open a new facility it triggers all of the emails to be sent. I think it happened when Tucson came about, and maybe when they moved\expanded in phoenix. I guess the silver lining might be that it may indicate LA is actually a thing (and only a couple of weeks behind at this point)

A friend of mine who I'd referred the Novemeber sale offer to also received one for the first time as he emailed me this morning thinking it was a dispatch notification

It's the first time it's happened with my orders. I received two email order confirmations, one for a pair I have, one for a pair I'm still waiting on. A friend of mine who I'd referred the Novemeber sale offer to also received one for the first time as he emailed me this morning thinking it was a dispatch notification ahh. the last batch went out april 16th or 17th. many people reported having gotten them...i definitely shouldn't have used the word 'all'. either way, it seems that they have issues dealing with data migrations triggering unintended messages...adding to the overall confusion of their customer base.
