.'We are extremely sorry to hear that we have disappointed you. We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding customer service and would like to make it up to you. That being said, In addition to refunding your order #3922, we have gone ahead and sent you your jeans at no cost to you (your tracking number is still valid). We hope that you enjoy wearing them as much as our team enjoyed making them for you and we hope that the quality and craftsmanship far exceed your expectations!'

All kidding aside, you have to admit that's pretty good of them to give the refund and send the product. I know there's no excuse for the length of time this has taken, just saying.

What if you like them? I wonder if the "don't ever order from us again" thing stands?

well i mean still no refund on my card, so we'll see Is there anything they can do where you might give them ANY credit? No matter what they do, it seems they'll still end up getting criticized. They've earned their reputation, but credit where credit is due, man..

This. they've become very good at telling people what they want to hear. each time i've communicated with them i've been given a very happy path solution to my issue in a very polite manner...of course none of those have yet come to fruition.

This action doesn't make up for any of the transgressions they've made in the past and does nothing to instill any confidence in their ability to do anything but continue to execute poorly.. I am just acknowledging that this was, in my opinion, a positive gesture.

I need the help, does anyone try LD 38" jeans before?
If you lay their 38" jeans flat and measure the waist, what is the length? 18" or more? Thanks!

They've earned their reputation, but credit where credit is due, man.. In his defense, they did tell him to take his money and F off, and from what's reported removed his account from their web store. Maybe they had reason, but to follow that up with an act of good will is off-putting, so hesitation is more than warranted. A worst case scenario of "I got what I ordered and paid for" is a pretty decent proposition, though I hope that everyone starts seeing their jeans on Thursday.

I'm in the same boat as you, friend. Nearly a month of expecting a refund after giving them my card details and I've got nothing.

Oh Lawless, you continue to be a stand up company.
Got my jeans today. Was supposed to be a 34 Straight leg. What did I get? Maybe a 31 or 32. Did not even measure inseam or anything other than waist and thigh. They are supposed to be 31 inseam, I can check.
Brilliant.
Who wants them? They are 11oz IxI. Pay shipping and they're yours.

Waist looks to be a 32 (if I stretch it straight, if that makes sense?) Relaxed looks like a 31? Thigh looks like 22.5-23 just like the Straight Leg chart here:
