im curious to see if it'll actually leave arizona / be in the hands on USPS by tonight. i highly doubt it.

7:11PM 'Your LD&CO. Order Has Been Updated'
7:11PM 'LD&CO. has scheduled your order for shipment'
7:18PM 'According to our records your item has already been shipped, or is shipping. If you receive them, and still don't like/want them. Send them back and we would be happy to issue you a refund at that point. Thank you and hope you like your jeans!'

I agree...if you sent them money- it should have been with the knowledge it was a bit of a lark. So t ake things with a grain of salt here. Give them a week or two and then just call your card company and cancel. Now for amusement purposes please be advised that i ordered last week. On wednesday i asked them via thier own message system to swap out the I x I for a different fabric....they responded that it was "in production". LOL Im sure....bottom line just have a sense of humour about all of this....if your lucky enough to get a selvdge pair of jeans this cheap great....if not just get a charge back thats what the card companies are for.... |

My thought is that the shipping label was created to make it look like everything will ship, on time, so that if I got into discussion with my CC, they are just covering their asses. We were all naive before to take them at their words.

Putting it in that perspective, and you are 100% correct. But it's the bigger issue at hand - the lack of business ethics by the retailer. There's a certain sense of entitlement that permeates from the warehouse in downtown Phoenix (or it's a dead animal on the train tracks, not sure which), but if he had just applied the simple adage that most start-ups and businesses try to apply of "the customer is always right" and building a customer service system that aims to please and is timely in processing and response - we wouldn't be 100+ pages into this sub-forum like a broken record. At this point, many have been burned by them, and an over-reaction to a $47 investment seems justifiable. |

Zero response to instagram post, phone calls with voicemail, and an email. Truly impressive. I don't mind waiting a couple weeks, but this is about principle. You can't take people's money and ignore them.

Got a refund, from Monday, 5-7 business days.
She offered me some ready to wear options but I declined.

I've been here since November 3rd when I ordered from Lawless the first time like many of you did. Order #140 came in for me about 6 weeks ago, and I still have a shirt from the Black Friday sale I'm waiting on. I chipped in for the RTW, because I liked what I saw with my first order. Yes, it's slow, and yes, L&D has made some major mistakes on the customer service front. I'm just saying, calling the guy childish names like Romaine Avocado and dropping dick statues on the premises isn't what I came here to listen to. By all means, carry on if that's what you want this forum to be about. |

We ,the mods, try to leave some leeway as people do need to let off steam as mentioned but we still should be gentleman. Everyone's had a little fun but let's be careful so people aren't confused of what's real and what isn't. We want the forum to be a place that is fun keeping negativity to a minimum. pevil has been around here for a long time and even purchased some Lawless denim I see. |
