It would be great to bomb them with facebook, instagram messages about the lack of ready to wears that were supposedly ready.....im too old for social media but it would be amusing none the less

Posted a comment on instagram about ready to wear orders taking a week to ship, and comment was removed, I can no longer see their instagram. Guess it's time to ask for my money back. Class act, these guys. Well, to their credit, they keep the train wreck consistent. |

I saw one last night that they posted that had a few folks going back and forth about late orders and RTW not shipping. The entire post was gone this morning. Some people are going back and posting RTW issues/complaints on older instagram posts now. At this point, I'm pretty sure that LD is not being malicious. I think they are just laughably incompetent. It must be miserable working there in an environment that's sure to be overly stressful and woefully mismanaged. |

Well, I called to inquire about my order twice today and nobody picked up. I'm not leaving a voicemail. I ordered May 15th and still no movement. I need to hear from someone by tomorrow. Just making sure you know that there really is no official Lawless presence here, I'd recommend one of the active instagram or facebook posts. Oh I know. Just felt like bitching/updating. What concerns me is more that I can't get in contact with any person at Lawless. |

To paraphrase, and keep in mind this is after week-old messages on their system that have not been responded to: "I hope you understand that when you say 24-48 hours, most people are going to figure that an item will ship in that time-frame. Lawless Denim has expended a lot of good will over the last six months, and I hope they understand what it is to continue to ask for more and more good will when the ready to wear orders are taking a week longer than expected to ship." Who knows how many similar comments they have deleted. I'm about on my last straw with this company, and think I've been more than patient. It's cool to see a company banning discourse with their customers, though. If you email they say to call, if you call they say why didn't you email. When you do spend a significant amount of time calling them, and actually manage to get someone, you're told that everything is going fine, even though they can't find your specific order that is apparently in cutting, or sewing, or the first circle of hell, but despite that they're confident it will be shipping in the next two weeks. |

i just asked for a refund, 24hrs ahead of schedule. lets see how long this takes At least you're giving them a chance to process a refund, rather than skipping straight to the CC company.. I think that's (the excuse for) why they couldn't process quickly in the past. |

I have asked for refunds. After several weeks I did get one. A couple weeks later I'm still waiting for the second. They have acknowledged it asked for and gotten my info. No refund! They are stalling to keep the money as long as possible.

If you do decide to go against all logic and do purchase from LD for RTW or for whatever sales they may have AFTER knowing what we know, please don't bother complaining here. Of course they said my order is in production but online order status just says awaiting fulfillment

Ordered RTW Monday evening. Got tracking number on Tuesday afternoon. Jeans shipped yesterday evening. Should have them in hand tomorrow. I'll let you know if/when that happens.
