Seems you only got 6-8 months out of these.? Needle and thread should give another 2 or 3 months. Yeah. I wore them nearly everyday Oct - Feb. And they had occasional wear prior to that. That's not bad really. I'll get them repaired. The denim is too nice and the fades that are just starting are too sick.

The other side of the crotch promptly blew out after my wife made this repair. She lovingly darned that and a couple other little holes forming.
She said the denim is worn pretty thin throughout and isn't sure how long her repairs will hold. I may need to start thinking about a patching strategy.

univibe88 iron-on patch from the inside so it looks clean, I always wanted to do it that way but i just do what your wifes does but with lots of more thread.
