Homeownership has really cinched the strings on coin pouch. Not that i'm in over my head, but that extra time I used to have to look for clothing deals and overly obsess over boots has now shifted to lawn care and small DIY projects.
Also, summers in NC really put a hold on wearing a lot of the combos i enjoy. Like above, if i'm off work these days i'm in shorts and a t-shirt.

Yeah I hear ya on the coin purse and the lack of ability to wear.
I'm more into supplementation of the wardrobe these days, but am realizing some significant summertime gaps.
Summer Loafers have been particularly perplexing for me, but not that big a deal as I rarely wear pants in the summer.
I need to get back on my CF projects. Send a pair back to them to be hemmed and solidify my lined jacket order.
As to current deals, I have seen little that made me want to buy this sales season. It makes it easier that I'm a hard fit on shirts. I did just see 2 pairs of Vibergs pop up on the Bay that were obviously snatched from the Mr. P sale for half of what they are currently listed at. I thought about grabbing a pair, but am not into flipping and didn't really want the Brown pair for my rotation.
I have been lusting after various Tickers brogues, but probably the biggest hole in my shoe rotation is a pair of PTB's or brogues that I can wear in the salt in the winter. Closest I can find to that is a pair of Custom Truman PTB's and the custom make's are going to end on those August 1st so I need to figure that out as well.
