status update on army green duck chinos (originally slated for dec) was just changed to: Production status: 1/15: Chinos finishing towards the end of the month and will ship in the last week of Jan and first week of Feb. have any of the chinos shipped without significant delays? seems like maybe they should simply bump those out longer than 2 months to begin with. the brown ducks will be around 2 months late and these will be nearly 1.5 months late by the time they're shipped no update pushing the caramels any further yet, I think the shop runs four months on these, they just don't wanna tell Gustin. |

On the other hand, I find that a good portion of our people tend to just accept flaws and live with it. See that a company falls short of the promise and says, "well, I didn't pay $250, so this is good enough" Fanboys to the rescue! "Wow, the level of entitled, whiny customers is high in this comment thread." " there is never a 'promise' on items that are crowd sourced. " goddamn those "customers" wanting what they paid for. They need to take what the good Lord Gustin gives them and be thankful that he did at such a low price. How dare they go to "social media" and "complain" about stuff! Don't "they" know that others can "see" this? Nobody must know! (here are some more quotation marks...use as you see fit """"""""")  |

I think the thing going on on Instagram is a product of allowing those things to fester in their community forum. There are a couple guys trying to keep it positive over ther, but it's not positive overall. I try to calm people down, cause this is just clothing, but there are some pretty upset people.

I thought after G shut me out from its community, there will be triple rainbows show up on the screen that everytime someone post a message. Not really, huh? Glad that some people finally wake up from a bunch of marketing BS. I work in Marketing and I have serious allergic reaction to those things. |

G has some awesome highs and some bad lows. Some great deals but some bone head mistakes. A lot of bone head mistakes.
Funny a lot of guys here that were all about G...more orders they placed the more the issues started.

However, this forum, which is supposed to be impartial and independent, appears to be anything but. For example, I have had multiple posts deleted when I referenced online reviews due to the fact that they were deemed "hearsay" which those Instagram posts are (were). Accordingly, I was waiting for your post to be deleted also. Since it was Friday, maybe the Modulators were out spending their paychecks?

That would be spared for government oppression of it's citizens, and this, while intriguing, does not fall under the Constitution. |

See, you are the only person here that doesn't get it. We are what we are, and while you find yourself entertaining, we don't. Your constant nit-picks and trolling and jabs at us - the mods - will end shortly. You are free to start your own online community - in fact, I would recommend it. You think you're cute with your jabs, but really, you just drag everyone down. Take some notes from the more intelligent and witty folks here. One can complain and find fault with any vendor and get posts posted with no drama. You just don't have the skill set to do so, and therefore you will find yourself looking elsewhere to post. |

Not sure if those were deleted, but I don't care myself. Gustin can just cover up their problems with cute new pics, but people will get wise to it. |

FWIW re chinos. Might light khakis arrived in 4-5 weeks. Perhaps they had some inventory I don't know. I'll repeat as I often do they're some of the best made clothing I own. Two pair, no issues. Perfect fit other than I needed them hemmed
