My plan is I expect a tracking number email within one week of ordering. If I don't get that I will message them asking 'what's up?'. I will then give it another full week. If I haven't received the jeans or a tracking # email (shipped...not label printed) by then, I will be calling my CC company. I think that is a perfectly reasonable plan.

I do understand those who ordered from the Kickstarter or old website orders etc. and still don't have anything being upset. speaking of which, 9 months and counting and I still have not received my KS shirt. carry on 9 months? Are you just waiting, in the interest of science, to see how long it goes?

Many (or at least some) of us have not recieved anything or have recieved something other then what we ordered. I haven't recieved an order from October and another October order came to me in the wrong size (not sewn up wrong. I ordered a XL and recieved XXL). So something's have been sent back to be lost in a cluster vortex.

They'll be arriving soon and they'll be worth the wait!"

While I do agree that anyone who's had a chance to cast their eyes over various threads on this forum should/must know what to expect from Lawless by now, I do think there's a world of difference between having previously ordered the heavily customised jeans that we were told in advance would take 2 to 3 months to arive (OK, it was double that... and counting) and ordering RTW pairs that Lawless are taking photos of and saying they have on hand and ready to ship. I think you're referring to the jeans that Roman told someone on Instagram he would post photos of, and has yet to actually upload.

So there is a cluster vortex of Ferrari's somewhere in the universe? That would be a funny one. Sorry, you'll have to wait a bit longer; your Ferrari is coming from an alternate universe through the cluster vortex.

I'm STILL rooting for them... With my spirits, NOT with my money lol.
Really, I'm hoping they turn it around and make something great of this opportunity they have. Just around this forum, there are several dudes, whom if they had the same money/tools/facilities at their disposal, would and most like COULD take back America's spotlight on the denim world surely.
He can stay the same loopy, arrogant mofo for all I care..... I don't need a face behind the clothes. I just need the clothes. If they can produce quality clothes in a timely manner, consistently, I'll be back on board for filler pieces in my wardrobe.

There are numerous awesome American brands, all of which offer denim that rivals and arguably surpasses any Japanese brand. In other words, there is no need for anyone take back an American spotlight. If you are referring to dirt cheap selvedge denim, American brands monopolise that particular market.

And, WH Ranch from what I've heard. Not all Japanese denim is phenomenal. I love PBJ, but honestly am not "overly impressed" with the build quality; the fabric is what does it for me. My freebie LD Chambray pants feel more solid they my 2 pairs of PBJ's. What I specifically meant in my comment was quality goods (Which everyone has agreed, when LD gets it right, they are indeed quality goods) at a price anyone can afford. If they can get their sh*t together, and get to weaving their own fabrics as he intends to do, it could be very interesting.

When you buy something that is already made (off the shelves), how long do you expect it to deliver? For example you bought something from Amazon, how long do you feel is right from the moment to click to order till you get the actual product? Within a week no? Of course people are going to skewer them if they don't meet expectations. The way we have been cheated, the way Roman didn't admit his mistakes and presume that his products are worth more than 6 months wait and then not even an apology, just a "If you can't wait, just get a refund". What will you feel? I for one stayed away from this recent sales because it took me SO long to get a refund. I won't say I won't buy LD products anymore but I will think twice, thrice before paying someone who can't even keep this promise to customers. No doubt the only reason why we are still talking about this is probably the cheap price point. Fair point, but why go through that headache now? Unless you're willing to assume the risk, and there is much risk involved with purchasing from LD, why go in if you have zero trust for LD? They'll be pushing out more RTW products down the line, if all goes to plan. If you don't want to assume the risk, why not just wait until all is said and done? I'm sure they'll run more sales later, again that is if all goes to plan. I did say that I stayed away from this recent sales right? But I'm keeping a close eye on them. If this RTW turns out good, and there is another sales in the future, I will buy them. The price is making me think twice, cheap and quality stuff. What we should have expected during the first time (In November)

Roy Denim, Rogue Territory, 3Sixteen, Tellason, and my personal favourite Mister Freedom (IMO the best denim brand) are all top-notch. Hell, I'll add Ciano Farmer into the mix because of the amazing quality and details, with the best customer service anywhere. The premium Levi's models are also awesome.

I haven't found any one brand with THE perfect combo for me, Japanese or American. I think that would take full custom. I love my Onis but there are things I would change. Love my IH also, built like a tank but no flat felled inseam. Even LD has things that those two don't that I like. With the many American made brands available now I'm sure some would have an acceptable combination of features to meet most people's needs. I'm talking minor differences here at this price point all are very well made.

For me to even think about these RTW they will have refund my remaining oorder(stalling for at least a month). 2 - Develop a track record of happy customers getting their orders in the specified time. 3 - Offer exactly what I'm looking for. ( right now that would be a close of the IH loom breakers) I do not think all of those things will happen

Of course not (I responded to the initial posts about American brands, the qualifier was added after), but fact is selvedge denim is a niche market. The average consumer is not interested, and the majority of people willing to pay a good price for denim prefer bigger brands and washes; the Diesels, GStar, Ralph Lauren/RRL, Nudie, APC, etc. etc. will continue to dominate the high(er) end market. Brands like Gustin and Lawless tend to be starter or gateway brands for many into selvedge denim, and will likely remain so (not that there is wrong with that). Lawless, in my opinion, is probably better off focusing on developing further its market for weekend moto guys in the Southwest.

Mythical RTW came in. I ordered 34 slim straight. I wear 33 G and I these are slimmer. But I just measured and they came in on the small side within tolerances. I'll try and put pictures up but I glanced over them quickly and solid construct. I seem to be one of the luckier ones in I got a perfect kickstarter order in December and now these. I still have a shirt and belt out from November though.

The Cone 11 oz is very similar to the G Cone BluexBlack and would probably sew up slimmer given the density of the fabric.

16.5 cone. I placed other orders and actually went with the taper and I'm positive that will be a regret now. Quick standard iPhone captures: imgur.com/a/ee9tS
