i couldn't order any if i wanted to, get a permission denied on any product i try to view. wondering if everyone with the KS discount is having the same issue when they're logged into the site. here's the 1/2 off blurb in case anyone missed it on their IG: http://instagr.am/p/2rb0fejA0g I encountered the same problem, and I also have/had(?) the KS 50% discount.

Yeah it won't let you get your KS on top Of standard discount. Also, kids denim can't get 50% off. Sucks because I'd go in on $18

I Asked LD on IG if these were already made or sewers where at the "ready" to make them. Response - "They are ready to ship next week, We are sitting on 500 pairs"
Could someone ask on IG to post a pic of these 500 pairs (forget the pics of bikes). If he does post a pic, ill buy a pair and eat some crow.

no idea, but i doubt they'd allow a double dip like that. i can't verify either way, but site navigation has been broken for while for me whenever i'm logged in. How about you try logging out and see if it works? It looks to me that my site shows $34.50 but I'm not a KS discounter. i can see products when logged out, but logging in is what would trigger the discount (and allow me to order). it's a moot point...i wasn't planning on placing an order, just curious if it's mostly the KS discount folks having the issue.

Im sitting this out. Good Luck Guys. I simply can't give any more money to a guy/business that annoys me so much. Very tempting but this was exactly what happened the previous time in November. Roman don't learn from mistakes eh? (Or rather he is too egoistic to admit it's a mistake?) I'm guessing there could not possibly be any way that these would take weeks and weeks or months to ship, or possibly never ship. That would just be too beyond way over the top to really happen. Right??

I just logged in and I can only access the women's and moto sections, i.e. the men's section is literally non-existent. My last orders were cancelled and reimbursed, so either the site is bugged or I have been barred from any future purchases.

Good news(?) email update from pending to awaiting shipping. Just need an actual shipping number and I'll grab a couple more pairs.

I have been trying to figure out if they make any money selling raw selvedge denim for $35.50 and no matter how I try to look at it the answer is no. Paying for fabric, cutters, sewers, equipment, infrastructure, web hosting, credit card transaction fees, general overhead........ If there was a way to make money at this price the market price would've gone down months ago with all the recent entrants, but EVERYONE else is selling for $70 AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE MARKET. I want for LD to succeed, but if they are losing money on every pair of jeans going out the door, that ain't happening. The Cone IxI is on my list of jeans I want (I'm convinced it's the same as Gustin's Cone blueXblack), but I can't pull the trigger with the idea that they are bankrupting themselves with how they do business. When a Big Box store sells me something at a loss, I get it. They make it up with everything else they sell and 95% of people that are buying the item for less than cost are buying 20 other things that they profit on. But this? What is this? Trying to garner positive vibes after the disaster of the last few months? Hoping I jump on some Kevlar too? This is bad business.

Couldn't help it and had to spring for a 14oz and 16oz pair. Price is too good of a deal.
Anyone having problems with the LD website try logging out clearing browser and logging back in.

They probably weren't moving at $69 like they'd hoped even though they are "ready to ship". They probably see a value in getting jeans into people's hands to create an internet buzz about how awesome their jeans are, and thought another sale was the only way to grease the wheels and get some pairs moving out the door

Their straight fit has a super narrow cuff. I like this. Does anyone have any experience with the 11 oz Cone IndigoxIndigo? Or the Candiani SL7276

@winterland is that you asking for the natural patch on IG? It may be a good gamble on these but already I see problems. Roman/LD is making promises (saying they'll put a different patch on)... I thought these were already made.?.

They look nice. It almost looks like the 18.5oz but not as much white weft. Maybe that was a picture they had around. I like the brown patch but the natural is my favorite. I am also curious as to what will be on the patch for the RTW. I have seen a few pics with the LD & CO and some with the woman stamp. Maybe there will be a mixture.

Well we do know Roman does try to please customers but I hear what you are saying. I hope I didn't start something. This will be another denim adventure on As The Selvedge Turns.

When 500 people dont get their jeans it'll be because of you asking for a different patch, slowing eveything down because of all the custom request. That'll put you on the bottom of that 500 pair pile, waiting for the patch to go to "cutting".

Their straight fit has a super narrow cuff. I like this. Does anyone have any experience with the 11 oz Cone IndigoxIndigo? Or the Candiani SL7276 The straight cuff is a little bigger than Gustin slim fit in comparison. You could get the boot cut. edit. no boot cut for RTW. I have actually been liking the smaller cuff recently. I didn't want the smaller cuff initially but it seems to work with the shoes/boots I wear. I now don't like my bigger cuff pants as much except when wearing pants for outside activities. No experience with any of these fabrics. They do all look nice. I would go for whatever thickness you are going for. I am getting a couple thinner pairs for summer wear.

Yeah I'm excited for a narrower cuff in a straight fit. G slim fit doesn't work well for me and the straight fit has too big a cuff. Lawless straight fit is basically G's straight fit but with a narrower cuff and slightly smaller thighs, which is perfect.

Could I get triple chainstitch cuffs make that tonal stitching, sterling silver buttons, leather patch with Winterland embossed on it and some bedazzled thingys on the back pockets on my Ready To Wear jeans?

Took the plunge on both pairs. $81 for two pairs shipped isn't bad. Now hopefully they actually ship.

The sad part about this is, if they had been making my jeans and shipping them to me instead of these 500 pairs, I would in no way hesitate to support the rtw. Right now I'm debating it as a chance to mitigate my losses somewhat, and get three items at a low price to decrease my average cost per items since its feeling less and less likely the stuff I ordered last year is going to materialize.

also, on ready to wear, why does it tell you the quantity available before you select the fit?

Well we do know Roman does try to please customers but I hear what you are saying. I think it's more a case of, 'We do know Roman will say anything that he thinks will please customers'.
