Dyed my bleached Chuck70's. Very cool how the indigo reacts with the air. They came out of the vat line green an after ten minutes turned indigo. Just have to decide which color laces Indigo laces!

Did you achieve that dark blue shade in just one dyeing session? What dye kit are you using? I dyed some clothes a few weeks ago with a natural indigo kit but my shade of blue is nowhere as dark as yours. I gave my garments like 6 or 7 baths across several weekends but came out lighter. Lots of depth in the shade of blue but lighter though.

I got them a week ago. I was 99.9% sure they were the real deal. Today, I took them to one of the local NB stores. As luck would have it, a factory rep was visiting the store. He assured me they were, as well. Amazing how much better .1% can make you feel. What's more, he said there is no chance they could be seconds, either.

Just one dip (10-15 min soak). I used "Jacquard indigo dye kit" What kind of fabric did you use? I'm thinking the canvas has a better result. I also did a cotton sweat shirt. Came out nice but not nearly as dark.

Came out nice but not nearly as dark. I used a Maiwa all natural indigo kit. I dyed a cotton oxford shirt, a cotton knit sweater and a bucket hat. This is the color I achieved, mostly royal blue. It is the darkest I could get after multiple baths. I was shooting for almost black but could not get that shade. I think natural indigo yields a lighter blue than synthetic from what I have gathered:
Sorry for the thread derail... back to sneakers:

I didn't see the price - but the site was a bit "busy" to the eye... Those look killer. If you know the price, and you fly over, let me know. I think I could go for those!

Some easier to digest photos hereThey're some of the best Lyte IIIs I've ever seen. Can't find a definitive price online as yet, would imagine they'll be c.£200/$310 though.

julian - not a lot of luck finding the unique or even regular gel-lytes in Canada. Can you recommend a good UK shop online that will ship to Canada. I found one the other day - endclothing - I think. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Any thoughts or suggestions? End are great, I buy most of my trainers from them: www.endclothing.co.uk/brands/asicsOther options: www.hanon-shop.com/c/q/asicswww.footpatrol.co.uk/footwear/br:asics/All three tend to get the widest/full range of Asics, New Balance, Nike etc. and I would imagine they all ship worldwide (maybe not via their sites but if you call them up I'm sure they would)
