Wool gets ruined by warm water and tumble. It will be hard and unwearable and loose all of its positive features like breathing and natural bacteria resistans. You also kill its natural oils by using normal detergent, you need wool detergent so if it is real wool then its safe to say you wont be wearing it much either way
