Anyone know when the CPO Jacket will be drop? I am very excited about it but I hope the price will be less expensive than the Work shirt. I am also concern about the elbow patches. What do you guys think?

they said either last week or the week prior they were waiting to get in a reworked sample. would expect it soon if they didn't request any additional changes. i'm looking forward to it as well...though unlike many others don't mind the sample we've seen with the asymmetrical pockets. i kind of hope it doesn't look like every other CPO, but has a bit of variance in the details. i'd also be fine with elbow patches if they are oval (not rectangular), and of the same fabric.

At this point I just want them to release it with assymetrix pockets and ugly elbow patches so I can move on already. Lawless + Taylor stitch here I come.

I think I could talk myself into the three-pocket design. Nicely-done elbow patches would be a big plus for me, so I'm not too worried about those. I'd like to see the snaps centered on the placket, though. Those looked a little odd in the teaser photo.

Surely they've been waiting for the release of a real party piece like the CPO to introduce the "Old 26er" fit. They definitely gave you a subtle shoutout with that Instagram pic of the jeans with piles of cash. |

Gustin missed out on CPO timing. Should have been ready to ship September. One of my few purchase this fall. Gusin keeps dropping the ball timing these releases. I went with the Wallace and Barnes CPO. Should be in today or tomorrow.

I like the fabric on the one shown on IG. Don't mind the arm pocket (if it can fit a phone). There making it more of a coat then a jacket. I do like the lined collar and it doesn't look to big. With every pocket put on the price goes up. I see this being offered for more then there WS. I could see them offering this for $150+ which will price me out .

Im only bothered by the buttons. They look cheesy. Those have to go - pockets, I'm OK with.
*Edit: Too many pockets. Might look better on a bigger guy though. Small guy + too many pockets = way too busy...

Based on the pics id say it's likely to drop Thursday or Saturday, with the way they've been working Instagram lately. I really like it in the lighter grey, but at this point, that thing isn't shipping til mid-January at the latest. It might work alright for spring, but, if I'm gonna drop 150-200 on a jacket, it's gonna be something I can use as we head into winter. I almost wish they could find a way to test the samples through the winter, make improvements, and sell it to me in the middle of next summer so that it shows up as I'm heading into fall, and can't wait to wear it. By their model, though, I'll prolly order the damn thing anyway, cause I do like it. Damn you Gustin, quit making grey things, you know I cant resist grey things!

man, the more I look at this thing the more I think that there really isn't much more that GUSTIN could have possibly done to make this CPO any more unappealing to me. The pockets are horrible. If I'm looking at this correctly we have three different sized pockets going on. The flaps on the pockets look ugly, the snaps are strange, and again the cut looks strange....like the chore coat cut.
