Snow... Ok but, Snow, Cold and Wind come on! Just be Done Already! Where do live? Northern Virginia, right outside of DC. It's never over in the northeast until it suddenly locks down at 80+ degrees. Spring is never as long as I wished it be. Ahh - Fruit Tree Blossoms (for you its cherry for me its apple) the smell of thawing earth, Robins flying about, and your Rocking wardrobe of Gustin button ups with no trucker jacket required (but you wear it anyway). That's what I need right now.

Oddly the festival started on Friday, and it snowed, and none of the cherry blossoms bloomed yet. Just need to get through rainy April, and it'll be smooth sailing til October.

I thought we were going to have an early spring here in Minnesota. It has been 70 degrees a couple times but back to the white stuff coming down . It shouldn't stay around long hopefully. I wish we had cherry trees here. I remember having them when I grew up in New Jersey. Very beautiful and I remember eating them fresh too.

DC gets crazy crowded this time of the year, but it really is quite a sight at peak blossom before the April rains rip through them.

We had a nice early spring here in Minneapolis everything is nice and green. Now it's back down to 39 degrees at night. On the plus side I can keep wearing heavy denim jeans and shirts. Downside we have turn on the heat at night. I like it right in between where we don't have to run the air conditioning or heat.

Looks like the weather thread has been quiet since spring.
Minnesota has been having one of the most beautiful end of summer start of falls I can remember. 50's and 60's at night 70's and 80's during the day We have had just the right amount of rain not too dry not too wet.
Trying to get out to enjoy it as much as I can.

blogs.mprnews.org/updraft/2015/09/rare-harvest-supermoon-total-lunar-eclipse-sunday/The moon looked great last night. Was at a great housewarming party in the country, band playing in a barn standing around a nice fire the moon blazing in the sky. Tonight the moon will be even more amazing. Weather should be perfect so get out and take a look tonight. Three moon events coming together tonight for the first time since 1982. 9:45pm central time will be the peak.

Yeah, stood out in the street to watch for a bit. Pictures of it were a bust, though. I don't have a good enough camera.

39F this morning in Minneapolis getting the young one out to the bus. Has been warming up to low 60's during the day and very sunny so not too bad. Did have to kick on the furnace a couple times.
Long sleeve shirts are coming into rotation and leather jacket will be worn soon.

Hooray, it's 61degrees in the Phoenix area and I can start wearing some of the heavy weight clothing I bought over the past several months. Good times are finally here.
