I also just got a shipment notice and one of my orders was updated to partially shipped. To date I have received 4 items (2 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts). One of the items in the order that just shipped was a pair of jeans I ordered to give to my wife for Christmas, maybe I will be able to give them this year It was the herringbones that were part of the order (11/26). I now have now received 3 pairs of jeans, 2 shirts and have 2 pairs of women's jeans and a shirt outstanding.

Lawless updated its website and posted a lot of new things. Check this out. www.ldandco.us/blog/q-a-what-about-the-future/Apparently, it is finishing its customised orders and will be having a business model of ready to ship orders soon. Well if it's an updated website it must be true, right?

"Q Why should I buy from you guys again?
A. Other than the obvious fact that we put our jeans up to any other designer denim jean on the market, we taken away the made-to-order model and customization options allowing quick-ship customer satisfaction. We have stream-lined our manufacturing using state-of-the-art technologies and have hired on a skilled team of sewers who specialize in high-volume manufacturing. Our products will be ready-to-ship from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles and will have a team of customer service associates at your disposal, not just one person."
K, except I ordered two pairs of "ready to ship" jeans last spring to replace my made to order pairs from a year ago and I haven't seen those either...

There were a bunch of posts about this when that went up, about ten pages or so back. The photos of the new LD&Co Los Angeles manufacturing facility in that post are from the Trinity Sports, Inc website (http://www.trinitysportsinc.com/ ) No idea if its just them 'borrowing' other peoples photos again or if LD&Co is now being produced by that company instead of in-house.

Iirc, around the same time as Roman said in his interview here that he had 5 people doing customer service, I got an email from LD customer service rep who said she was their only customer service rep. So its tough to believe them/him now after so many lies, with repeatedly missed delivery dates being just one of them.

Mmmh ... hard to believe that THIS TIME we see a progress. The outstanding orders might well be in the thousand, who knows.
As I did order Chino´s and LD&Co website now only shows Jeans in 2 versions, I expect nothing but will be surprised to receive something.

Folks on IG mention hearing from Arizona Attorney General office requesting more info. Seems they're not just dusting this under the rug.
We know Roman Acevedo of Lawless Denim LdAndCo reads these forums. I don't really care if he sees this. He must know as its on his disingenuous anti terrorist post.

I got an email from the AZ AG, but it's a form email and they still think I am expecting product and not payment.

I got one of those also. I haven't figured out how to use it I can help you there...money in, fold the flap over, then fold each side over. There are three total folds needed. This link explains it and includes a video. For me, this is not practical since most things are purchased with credit/debit these days. leffot.com/shop/index.php/accessories/wallets/billfold-small.html

In Freeriders Clothing Co. news, their kickstarted bombed (what a shock) and now it appears they are trying to become a "lifestyle" rather than strictly moto brand. www.freeridersclothingco.com/freeriderco"Freeriders offers you a unique way to save big and getting some of the best denim in the industry. every 2 weeks we send through our orders to our production team. Ship dates is set for two weeks after your order date." OK, so every two weeks they send orders to their production team...yet your item will be delivered in two weeks? Have these idiots learned nothing?

So they've started trying to pull in the skateboard crowd now that they've burned so many bridges in the motorcycle community? Kevlar jeans for skateboarding?

I actually am not even convinced that 12-14 is even realistic given the accounts of many still waiting 15+ weeks later. More like 52+ weeks for some of us. Well, if there was ever any doubt that one Roman Acevedo was involved in Freeriders Clothing Co. the new website certainly clears that one up.

The only lifestyle I would like them to promote is one where they deliver on their promises. Since this won't go away, I also found this interesting on one of their updates:
We never asked anyone to fund our company, we simply wanted their help in creating a job training program where individuals could come and learn the skills necessary to manufacture clothing. After completing their training, the intent was to hire the student at LD with a minimum starting wage of $10/hr. With a job training program in place, LD was on track to exceed hiring 100 new employees within the first year. It was intended to be a good starting point for someone who was currently unemployed or on state assisted programs or for a student who had just graduated high school and didn't see college as a option. We wanted to teach a dying trade that has since gone overseas. Something they could be proud to be a part of for years to come and that would provide a steady source of income and benefits.
What the f!@k would they call their kickstarter crowdfunding campaign?

When I sent this guy my money (that i went out and worked for) it was for a pair of jeans. Yup, kickstarter increases the risk that they might not arrive and I accepted that, but I dont remember being told that I was funding a training program. I will now be contacting the AZ AG to take this up with them.

So it's every other person on the planet's fault but the owner. Let down by politicians, the state, a rubbish, ill-prepared customer service team, bitter employees and uneducated clients who had the nerve to expect to receive their goods before Star Trek becomes reality.

3 years? Ld&co was started in the fall of last year, I'm pretty sure. He had the brick & mortar store in CityScape Phoenix prior to the KS campaign last year. It was a custom shop where he was making $200+ denim to the Scottsdale housewife market. CityScape is a decent spot for the "downtown" vibe in Phoenix. Probably high-rent district...rent that we can all assume RA didn't pay given his track record with all those nuisance things like web serving, locations, payroll and planning. If you venture back through the thread to when the wheels fell off the cafe racer, you'll note that the CityScape location was rumored to be funded by another family member. Roman created Lawless Denim as a platform to make this happen back in November 2013. After just eight short months he closed the doors finding that the brick and mortar location was a bad investment and was not the profitable shopping destination the landlord’s had initially painted it out to be.CityScape may not be ideal for all businesses, but it's a few blocks from the Arizona Diamondbacks ballpark and where the Phoenix Suns play. I don't see all sorts of businesses with their windows boarded up there.

I just mean the 3 year time frame of "asking for support." that seems a little off because he didn't really need that help until his KS took off, and his website went live.

(hire ≠ training program) also from the ks page under risks/challenges (just because it makes me chuckle): "We don't foresee any problems with hitting our delivery date and supplying you with your beautifully handmade, American made Selvedge denim and leather products when you expect them. If for some reason we do run into any delays of any kind with production or delivery, we'll be completely transparent with you and communicate with you throughout the entire process, and that's a promise." perhaps his largest obstacle of not enough skilled laborers would have been mitigated had he actually instituted a training program. did the haters drive all of the prospective students away?
