You probably have a better likelihood of success if you check eBay for one, or Etsy for some leather goods craftsperson, or just contact another brand and put a different patch on their to keep the LD shame to a minimum. |

Try the Arizona Attorney General. Fairly credible sources have the LD folks lurking in Arizona still. Not that orders will fulfill, but it's enough to hopefully make things right.
