at least he admitted that the gear wasn't worth waiting 9-12 months for. as someone else has already pointed out...i wish the reporter would have asked him why he'd think opening a 2nd factory was a good idea right after admitting he couldn't find workers to fill his 1st. also...a person asking (even badgering) about their order that's xx months late is a spurned customer...not a troll. Karma definitely has an appointment with RA. |

The question I would've like to have seen asked is why they kept taking orders for weeks/months, and running promotion after promotion, when they must have known from the first couple of days of orders that they had sold more than they could ever hope to produce in the promised timescale. |

In typical Roman fashion, the shipping notification and tracking number I received about a week ago has not materialized. The package still has not been mailed. I have no idea if it ever will.

Yes, Rex was a Character, in a fun great guy to have around kind of way. He was one of the original posters on the Gustin Forum. He wouldn't hold back from speaking his mind to "Lord Gustin" as he referred to them or to CF or any other vendor who didn't hold up to their end. He would give shit to all of us. Back in the day on the old Gustin forum he would post pic of himself in a Lions Head mask. (not really sure why) but It was fun. He lived/lives in Japan but I believe was from the mid west.? |

I have so much denim buying knowledge for this tiny island that I wanted to share... He once posted that he was kind of loner. I loved seeing his post with his Fluevogs. For a guy who was a loner those shoes drew a lot of attention. I loved reading the post of Rex and Old26 and ickes mixing it up. |

Although this was likely posted in jest, I'm actually wondering if it's just a little more than coincidental that the package was actually shipped after its lack of shipment was formally documented here. Thus, I'd like to provide this reminder: - To Do: Ship 900+ items that were paid for over a year ago and are now conveniently beyond the credit card companies' terms for a charge back and, in many cases, have had refund requests and any other status inquiries completely ignored.
No need to thank me. You're welcome. Just doing my part to provide Lawless Denim's brand of customer service (which, by all indications, is a customer serving them rather than vice versa.) |

Thought you might find this interesting. Roman basically gives his take on the situation. A link was posted on the heddels site, thought i'd put it here. He still seems to have a lot of machinery... guess he intends slowly grind through the orders he still owes. Moved to different thread. Doesn't need it's own as this story was already posted up a few pages back. Appreciate the effort though.

Remember that they've always counted 'items' as 'orders'. That said, I wouldn't put too much effort trying to find sense in any of it...there was never much sense to begin with.

In other news, my sister just texted me that the 2 pairs of jeans she got for my brother-in-law arrived today (in PA)...only 11 months behind schedule. She's going to review and make sure they match up with what was ordered, fit, etc.
Honestly surprised, as I provided her with some of the AZAG information to help validate a chargeback. She received no shipping notice.
