Its funny seeing Moto FAM calling out freeriders for their blatant misuse of their logo on Instagram. Even funnier reading Freerider's lame responses for being called frauds Personally I would conduct all of these matters behind closed doors with a phone call or email. Just doesn't seem professional to be airing it all over the Internet. I would bet in most of these types of cases if people were able to actually talk about it they could come to a mutual resolution. The internet would be a last resort. I'd agree, though of you read the comments the do say they emailed RA Deni... I mean Freeriders co and got no response (Another similarity along with the passive/aggressive social media comments to Lawless.) Just a question for you guys. I got the charge back from the credit card on Aug 11th. However, on Sept. 28th, I got charged by LD on my credit card again? Has anyone experienced this? If you do a search through here I'm sure a couple of people have reported this. I think the best action is to contact your bank stating that you didn't authorise this payment. To me this seems outright theft but then I'm no legal person.

I had the same thing happen. It took a few days to get it straightened out but it was taken of, again, and hopefully the last time. The strange thing was that the person I talked to at the credit card company was not sure how I got charged again. I filed another report with the Arizona AG and they wrote back giving me a personal contact email with a paralegal on the case to communicate with.

One way to get the media's attention in Phoenix might be to share your letters from the AZ attorney general with your stories. If that doesn't invoke change and either get some goods produced or whatever, it's one approach to be heard and let this moron know he isn't going to rip people off.

sounds more like he's on the run. he only seems to pop up when it's convenient to do so. the guy probably sleeps with a gun under his pillow No, it's actually in the back of his jeans (seen that when I used to visit Sal). Probably under his pillow too. That's freaking hilarious. What a complete tool. When I was growing up in AZ we used to call that "newbie syndrome", people who moved to AZ from more restrictive places were often afflicted. It's particularly bad with guys from California who find the novelty of being able to open carry a firearm too exciting to resist. The rest of us grew up hunting and fishing and saw guns as tools and just kept our stuff properly stored. If you want to carry, get a concealed permit and don't try to look like a douche. Open carry on civilian defeats the purpose of carrying, you end up provoking people and you can't just go about your business without drawing attention to yourself. Idiot. Roman probably holds his gun sideways when he shoots.

Yes sir! Dan F. Even confirmed that she was who booked the models for Freeriders. So anyone who's been skeptical of any similarities that it could be LD.. There ya go.

Well, that's unfortunate, but Jamison was warned, and I'm sure in both cases they knew they were getting involved with a worthless shithead who was in the business of scamming people.

I notice the freeridersco.com Freeriders Co. website is down/gone at the moment.
When I googled to check the address was right a bunch of results for warhorsedenim.com appeared, as it seems some test pages on that site were/are named "Freeriders Clothing Co. | Tagline"? I see some posts on there attributed to 'jamison' as well. Nearly as many domains as unfulfilled orders in this mess it seems.

It's only a matter of time until he crawls out of his hole again, but then it's only a matter of a little more time until the web hounds here sniff him out again.
I'm guessing the next venture will be based on the mistakes gleaned from here, so will have a couple of proxies between him and the coal face, with the front man/woman maybe not even knowing he exists. And I imagine the address will be far from the west coast. Next time there probably won't be any bikes to be seen either, until he gains more confidence.

Just read the latest Freeriders Co. kickstarer update. How many phrases and themes from the Lawless 'production updates' and instagram posts can you get in one paragraph...

So they are basically now playing the angle of being the "hero" by honoring those failed Kickstarters at Maple? How about starting a little closer to home with those other failed companies like Lawless and LD&Co.

How about starting a little closer to home with those other failed companies like Lawless and LD&Co. Absolutely. It's thanks to the free money given by guys here and elsewhere that allows him to pretend to be generous. But we all know it'll never happen. Maybe one or two, with a big fanfare, then it'll be the usual tale of missed delivery dates, empty promises, non-existent refunds and then quietly slipping away to start another soon-to-be-failed enterprise with the funds stolen from the many train wrecks he's left behind.
