The instagram has been changed and is no longer private, but I'm still banned -- I can see it if I'm logged out. I think this is just a last push to get to a deadline for chargeback refusals, since they always say they're continuing to ship (they've hit 900 orders remaining at least two times prior to the latest time), but nobody ever receives anything.

Wow. I hope that's true, but they've broken so many promises, it's hard to believe it. Does anyone have a screenshot of the instagram post from around July 13 that said some of the custom details would not be fulfilled and that people not happy with that should ask for a refund? Thanks a lot, Exophobe. I had checked their instragram a few times and it said the account had been made private. But now it works for me. I don't have an instagram account, so I'm not sure why I wasn't able to see it before.

I'd forward my order info and number to someone local to see if they are even open and if a face to face request does anything. Like will they magically have a shirt in the back or a belt? Probably ask to take a picture and post it on IG "proving" they are open.

For those of us on Instagram, maybe we should start a hastag campaign? Post a picture of whatever order confirmation you have that isn't fulfilled, tag LDANDCO and be sure to add #orderNOTfulfilled. Feel free to add any snark regarding Freeriders too. Maybe we can get the #orderNOTfulfilled trending?

I'm new to this forum, but have been observing here and been through the hassle from Lawless trying to get orders fulfilled and am still having a hard time with the charge back and my credit union. After reading through this thread, I took the liberty of compiling some notes and reaching out to the local Phoenix media. I reached out to the ABC and NBC affiliates. I will send the message to Fox and CBS as well. I feel like someone in Phoenix should be interested in calling attention to everything this guy has put the customers through. Maybe more people need to do the same. Share your story. I work in media in Socal, I've been talking to a couple of folks here to see if I can bring more attention to this here. It has all the makings of a good news story: Kickstarter gone awry, consumers being ripped off, an ongoing cat and mouse game, the owner disappearing and not fulfilling his obligation to consumers. What else am I missing? Maybe that's it - we've all got a voice here, but are those who have been wronged by this and unhappy about it using their voices? I've not seen a single person use this thread (Order Update thread) to update us that they've received something. I'd venture to guess that a portion of the folks who have their outstanding order on the list at the beginning of this thread still have an open order. Even if 50% did charge backs, that's still 50% who haven't chimed in on here and said "hey, got my stuff". So it negates their social media claims (not that anyone believes it). So both mercuryman76 and jkass have valid points - whether it's via an IG post or sending an email to the necessary media in Phoenix, it probably makes sense to be heard somewhere outside of here if you want to see something actually resolved with this. Or just do a charge back and hope for the best. I think once that's done we close this thread up for good and move on, but we shouldn't do that while consumers are still being defrauded outside of here. |

@untucked - LD really owes you $700 in undelivered items?!? That's not in Yen, right?  You might be one to speak up to the AZ AG (if you haven't yet) or to the local media here. I always thought he was hooking you up based on your social media presence and helping him create a "global" brand. |

Yes bro, $700.... The ONLY hook-up I got was the freebie pants that were offered when LD first joined the forum. After receiving those pants, and then my 2 shirts and leather jacket, I thought it was safe, so I dived in. The bulk of that $700 was pants for my gf.
I never felt I got any preferential treatment, because my items all took about 3-4 months, just like many others... And, I surely had no talks with anyone at LD directly except Sal through here or the chat.
Honestly, I don't have the time or patience to deal with the headache of all this shit..... Staying up extra late or waking up extra early to call my bank or whatever entities back in the States... I just want my shit. That's fine with me, no harm, no foul. I'll still wear all of it so long as the quality and appearance are up to par.
