OOPS! THE PAGE YOU WERE LOOKING FOR WAS NOT FOUND. BWAHAHAHAHAHA. WOW. Seriously wow. So if that's not a confirmation, I don't know what is. Some jabroni at "Vouch" must know Roman or Jamison, and the heat got too hot.

Maybe we can source some Black Watch fabric and get a shirt maker to make us some.? What do you think? We could just Rip off LD/Freewheelers design! Who do you think could sew some up for us? (Manny? Or is he still on probation) Or some other shirt maker (Dare we ask Gustin?)

Considering, I ordered a Blackwatch Arlington from Lawless, back in December, and never received one (refunded in March), I'd still love to have one in my closet. Outstanding suggestion ! I second this.

Probably indigogene or CF.

Another Lawless victim here. Been following the thread and finally registered to post a letter I got from the AZ AG. Looks like they're still working on the case. It seems they're looking for contact info for the company.

Hmmm.......Dan Feltraiger deleted all of his posts. He had made post pitching the idea that if enough of us teamed up, we could go after Freeriders/LD. The post was up for 30 min or so then he deleted it. Could be a number of reasons why. I feel for the guy but his fight is bigger then my 2 shirts and his target (Freeriders) is ambiguous. Been talking to some people, lawyers, etc, who recommended that may be the smart move for myself in the long run. Also, my anger and willingness to get everyone together and fight this didn't seem to do much and it seems everyone just wants to talk about it, which is fine, but I am still reachable via email to discuss. I have now told my story to a number of lawyers and some press in the denim industry as well. Seems everyone is onto this. Im still confused why anyone is on the fence about who is behind this, I thought there was already significant proof, and their just seems to be more and more. From the research i have done there are three people behind this this, 2 guys and a girl. It seems the mastermind tried rebranding once with a new guy at the helm, and that got shut down pretty quickly, so he decided to try again with a woman... because no one will EVER figure that one out... Im very confident that they will get theirs and that people that choose to live their life this way are practically begging for trouble. Its a shame because their product and design looks pretty solid from what i've seen, and thats coming from someone who's design was stolen by them.

Its a shame because their product and design looks pretty solid from what i've seen, and thats coming from someone who's design was stolen by them. Ultimately I've yet to see any proof of who is behind this. Yes the 'business' model, website layout, images, actions and social media usage are very similar and near identical to Lawless Denim/LD&Co/>Any Rebrands I Forgot< but I've seen nothing that proves any Roman Acevedo connection and that this is the case. For me the way they are presenting themselves and their actions to date, your issue being just a small part of that, would be enough for me to give them a wide berth as is. I think the main focus of people here in this thread is that they don't want to see the same thing happen to them as did with Lawless i.e. 'giving' them money and then having to deal with lies, broken promises and a long, drawn out saga of trying to recoup that money. For your issues with the design they are selling then an IP lawyer sounds more the route to follow for you, and I'm not really sure what help anyone here can be in that?

Freeriders is offering it on their web site. This is what most/some of the guys funded with LD. Same style same fabric. It clearly came from LD and now Freeriders is offering (It's Mud in our eye). If you could offer this, I'm sure a bunch of us would be in.

Roman Acevedo failed business extraordinaire would have thrived in the pre-internet age. What a complete and utter ding dong.

Which will happen first - the kickstarter fully funds or they have yet another website/web address?

In addition to that, throughout the lawless debacle, they displayed on several occasions a willingness to use aliases to pretend they're other people, which is what makes it so hard to ignore all the circumstantial evidence.

FYI someone we know happens to be from San DIego Isn't a certain person known for using others to gain access to and pay for things, like store locations in the downtown area of a major city (for example)? So using someone else's alias to build a business when your name is slightly tarnished wouldn't be out of the norm in this instance. Hmmm.

I don't know if you guys missed the AZ AG letter I posted on the previous page (it loads slowly for me and people may have scrolled by my post w/o seeing it), but it has some interesting details, like a federal law that allows people get money back within one year if goods aren't delivered and the fact that the AG is looking for contact info for people associatiated with Lawless.
Unfortuantely the federal law has a few stipulations, one of which is that you can't have paid the entirety of your bill for the goods, which I have.
