Can RA still access these threads or did MODS remove him? There is no way to keep anyone from seeing a thread unless we make it invisible to everyone. There are ways to have private threads and then add who can see it but as of now we want everyone to have access to it. No old posts can be changed though.

Pretty sure everyone's LD account had the full retail amount shown NOT the amount actually charged after the 50% off sales. I am assuming this was to flood their numbers and artificially inflate their income. Reasons unknown unless there are potential loans, taxes or investors involved. That is the strange part. It is neither. It is in between the original amount and the amount I paid, a seemingly random number although I am sure there was some of that going on, inflating numbers and such. In any case I can only imagine the nightmare their books must be.

The original orders in the mail says the non-sale number after each garment and also as a total, then 50% off amount and shipping amount and then total to pay in the bottom.

Formal complaint filed through my bank. Prospects are slim there as the long time passed since the orders, however I provided copious notes about custom clothing, lead times, pushed out lead times etc.
Formal complaint filed through Arizona AG office also with lots of detail. We'll see. If nothing else, all these complaints will get attention.
I've got screenshots from the old site and the new site showing my orders and the mysterious cancellation with no refund after being reclassified as "payment pending and fulfilled" on the new site.
Done for now, I'll update if/when anything happens. Until then, off to a better thread.

Is anybody getting shirts and/or jackets (or anything else) lately? I FINALLY got the two pairs of jeans I ordered in November maybe 6 weeks ago but still no sign of my jacket and shirt from the same order.

Update- my bank, Chase, has "temporarily" credited my checking account with the funds LD made off with pending resolution of their investigation. So there does seem to be hope for the debit card using misfits among us. We'll see what the final outcome is. Call your bank, it's worth a shot. david13, to save you the displeasure of reviewing this entire thread, former employees on this board stated that shirts are most likely not going to happen. Plan your next move accordingly.

I'd suggest the charge back at this point. Considering the history of this company - an about-face at this point to a business model of order fulfillment and follow-through is highly unrealistic. Recoup your dollars and spend them wisely elsewhere.

My Lawless Story:
I've ordered several items and have had all but one item sent to me. However, I got greedy and ordered a 'Surplus' item back in July that was meant to ship immediately. I contacted them several times via email and by the phone. No call back. I then submitted a refund last week and actually got it!
So, I figured I would let you all know that my refund came through.
With that said, I also reported them to the Arizona Attorney General.

I tried the bank. No go. Too long ago. Don't give up. Plenty of people here have been over the limit, but quite often the bank has had a rethink and given the money back anyway. Myself included. My understanding is that it's actually MasterCard and Visa who make the rules, it being 120 days from expected delivery, not order, but that the banks interprete that in different ways, usually from order. Just search the the internet for the rules and use peoples' experiences here as evidence and ask to speak to a supervisor.

I have just called my bank. They were very nice and opened up a claim for me. They took all info, such as dates and the fact that there were deadlines that were changed, not met, changed again, etc. The fact that the order was from November did not seem to be a problem in them taking the information. I also told them that my calls and messages are not being returned at this point.
They will investigate where the company stands and hopefully I will get my money back. I'll keep you posted when I hear an update.

New member here, after spending a lot of time reading about the trials and tribulations of others in the same boat! This is a super helpful forum, I'm glad I found it.
I ordered a pair of 16.5oz kevlar jeans on February 22, thru the CROIG (Cafe Racers of Instagram) promo. On April 17 I received an email notifying that it had been sent to cutting, but since then, nothing.
I purchased these with an AMEX, so I am getting ready to call AMEX and ask to open an inquiry (I cannot online, as others have mentioned). But since it's been sent to cutting, I'm somewhat holding out hope that I may eventually see a pair of jeans show up...
