Its the PreBlueJapan fabric, and it ages beautifully. When new it looks very much too blue and sorta wierd, but after many washes it turn out great just like it says on the Denimio site "it will be fun to watch it loose the indigo". Mine is way too small but I stretch it like a mofo when wet after washing so gently like its a baby and then I can wear it ok. I was supposed to get a remake that was "already being cut so on its way" but that never came. I really like this shirt alot, the color IS very fun to watch getting lost, but it takes many washes. If you sweat a little less then me then you could get some FADIING ON IT OMG!

Is there a complaint number where others can file essentially an add-on or addendum to the complaint?

was it decided that legal action is not an option? Decided by whom? If enough complaints are lodged with the Arizona AG's office then there should be enough for them to move forward and make sure LD&Co comes clean. I don't know what they would do exactly but I think there are probably still hundreds of customers who have paid and received nothing. Also, the fact that LD has been unresponsive doesn't help them either.

I doubt that individually anyone is invested enough to make the expense and effort worth it but if everyone that is owed would take the time to file a complaint at least they will be noticed. Without it they'll probably skate. (I'm not owed anything, but I want some accountability)

He also lied to my bank which is fraud ... And since I live in another state it's fraud on a federal level .

The best thing to possible do is get the word out as far as possible to stay away from this clown. That way if he tries to start another business people know and it won't work. That's prob why R1855 or whatever won't get much love.....etc.

Yet another odd development, at least for me.
After trying to call and getting the "no incoming calls" message, along with no email response, I got hold of my credit card company for a refund. I never noticed it before but the amounts on my page at Lawless shows different amounts than I was charged. For instance, my order from Nov.28 shows $91.00 on the Lawless site but I was only charged $51.50 and that was what was refunded to me. Their books must be a nightmare. I was refunded, so far, for my Nov. and Dec. order with Jan. in the works. Of course I won't count it until I am sure it won't be contested by Lawless but I don't see how they could do that without coming through on the items. Which looking at the prices they charged seems extremely, if not impossible, to fulfill.
The good news is that since they made a public plea on July 14th on FB to be patient with outstanding orders they also counted that as the last notice, or at least the person I was talking to at BofA did.

filed my complaint yesterday ... let's see what comes out of this ... AZ is very diligent handling consumer complaints. If enough people complain they will do an investigation. So, keep the complaints flowing.

Pretty sure everyone's LD account had the full retail amount shown NOT the amount actually charged after the 50% off sales. I am assuming this was to flood their numbers and artificially inflate their income.
Reasons unknown unless there are potential loans, taxes or investors involved.
