What the hell happened on November 3rd? I placed my order that day too. a 50% off sale that started on the 2nd happened. i know based on my own order numbers that they had well over 500 orders between the night of 11/2 and afternoon of 11/5. i'm guessing most of those orders are for more than one item. if every order is for an average of 2 items that's over 1000 pieces to produce. i'm not excusing the delay or that the timelines that were communicated have continually grown...only that they committed to a massive number of custom garments that got queued up behind/alongside KS and old site items. in terms of the statuses on the website, i don't think they're being updated. after i made a comment about one of my orders (222) having no movement, Sal indicated that it had been started...though the site still reflects awaiting fulfillment. i assume it may stay at that status until it has been shipped. |

Want to chime in for Sal - he's been nothing but helpful for me and my nagging about order status. No runaround for me, and you can tell he's swamped. He also handled the partial cancel I put it. Gonna wait on one pair, then jump back on the train if that pair works.

Order 147 placed 11/2/14. Sal said about the 12wk mark but I don't think that's gonna happen. I bet by march 1st.

Just realized Wednesday is the start of the 17th week on my Gustin chinos. So at least they're helpijg lawless look good -- another four weeks to hit the same timeframe on order 116.
I should probably be annoyed but I guess I'm really not. Lawless has been more open than a lot of companies would be about what's going on, and didn't go so far as to tell me that they would be shipping my order in December, then January, so I guess I'm fine cutting slack.

I too am now figuring I won't get this until early summer or fall at best. I don't know whether I should laugh or cry |

About a month ago I half-jokingly said I expected my 5 November mid-700s order to come end Feb, after about 4 months (on a claimed 6-8 week turnaround).
Now I'm pretty sure that's pie in the sky and basically it'll be another month at least, taking us to around 5 months/20+ weeks.
I also crazily have a 2400+ order, which a couple of weeks ago I again half-jokingly said may come early July, after 5 months. Now that seems optimistic.
LD are still taking orders and building up a huge bow-wave, so I think we should be told if there are any concrete steps that'll be taken in the very near future to resolve this or is it just going to keep going from bad to worse.
What order numbers are they on now?
Where do they expect to be at end February, end March???
I'm glad for them that their order book's full and I wish them every success, but I think we deserve more information, especially given the huge amount of support and goodwill that's come from this forum.
But then I gather this forum only accounts for about 200 out of the thousands of buyers they have, so small beer in the scale of things.
