Are those two-tone, or is that an illusion? Lovely boots.

Nope, not two toned.. I just kept brushing the toe cap a lot more than the rest of the boot.. The leather eventually turned darker on the toe caps..

I have a black and brown pair of Engineers...recommended.

Jeans and boots and everything look fantastic, man. I'm worried about your feet, though. The wear pattern on those heels after only six months suggests you have the same issue with pronation that I do. Have you ever been to a podiatrist?

I have duck feet.. usually wear Superfeet insoles in all my shoes. But on the IRs I could not do that as I bought these in the correct size and did not account for the insert. Also I am slowing moving to wearing just Whites in boots as they have the really awesome arch support..

All my knee and lower back pain disappeared almost overnight.

All my knee and lower back pain disappeared almost overnight. i really need to go to a physio to see about this. i injured my back a few years ago working on my car and now if i don't keep my hips strong and stretched it 'goes out' about every 6 months or so. if i catch it in time i notice that my hip is very twisted and one leg a bit longer than the other in the days/weeks proceeding...thinking orthotics might help alleviate that.

I was looking at those. I'm at a true 34" waist. Could I expect those to stretch enough to accommodate me?
