Bunch of slub T shirts from Gustin have dropped. I have been waiting for these for awhile as IMO, the slub shirts are the second best T shirts G makes. The best one is the heavy indigo. Seems to be three packs only....ive had a 25 dollar credit for a while and just cant find anything interesting in the offerings the past few months....may the belt |

The new Linen denim looks cool.
Nice twist for summer wear. Not sure on the sheen.

I'm wearing 18oz coal/black today, one of my favorite pairs ever. I don't think that's a Gustin exclusive. Seems like anything under 14oz drapes similarly. Both my 11oz and 12.5oz look different than anything 14oz or heavier. |

Looks like I have a new pair of G's headed my way. I'm thinking I'll get them hemmed after a couple washes as I'm not sure I want to cuff for summer wear.

I dont like them in the colors available anyways. They could be cool if they would look a little more 80`s imho. Maybe a coupple of washes wil help. (I do like the stone/aqua colors, but I detest the heather-pattern) I backed: * Stretch olive shorts * Okayama standars ( my second pair, since my first has worn holes in them  ) * Blue oxford......i really wonder how this one wil be in the new cut....shit i suppose, but my old blue ox also has holes in it  A pretty "meh" backing I know. I do like the japan whites, but I have the naturals and wear them maybe 2 times a year so im a little on the fence. |

Just basic good polo from pima. There was review on site, somebody said that jersey one exactly like sunspel, if not better. Measurements are precise. They have sale now - 30% off with code POPIT. |

just contemplated ordering the mint diamond seersucker and sky blue sweatshirt...and realized they STILL haven't figured out how to combine shipping. opted out of ordering anything. was a good deterrent as i didn't really need either item anyway  |

OMG the payback wasnt from G, nbut from some insurance I payed too much. But still, the Japan White should have been sendt at the latest 25 and nothing......so they are still a little bit in Limbo afaik.

So i got the olive stretch shorts. They are pretty ok, very comfy and fit around top block is good. They were a little big for the same size as in jeans but a hot wash and tumble took care of that. Imho the legs are a little too wide, its almost like you take an older pair of jeans and just cut off the legs, there is a little flapping feeling both inside and outside. I will use them some and see how it fels, its a quick fix to sew them in a little.
Okayama standards second pair is ready to pick up, and hopefully the japan whites will be there soon aswell ( they got sent omg).
Very exited to see how the Okayamas fit and if I had to do a shrink-ectomy to these aswell, the first pair were big, but fits good now and are so worn that I feel like a homeless wearing them to work so really need the new pair.

Had to hotsoak and tumble the okas. They do fit a little better then the old trashed ones tho so cool.
But omg, I forgot to look at the oz when I bought the JapanWhites, they are 10!oz. Its like wearing toiletpaper. Could be good for summer yes, but it annoys me that I can see the pockets on the outside of the jeans - they are that thin! I also have to remember to wear white boxers and not leopard thong!

Ive given up on the heavy stuff (anything 16oz+ is just to heavy on the belt for me). So at 13 oz this may be something worth getting.

Why must they do 38" inseam on the damned Bloomies for us fatties? 36" would be ideal for me. Further, their blather about them sewing up small scares me. You've been doing this for how long and still can't get it right?!

At most, I need it to shrink TO 36.5 so thats helpful.
I had a TS Railroad selvedge shirt that I tried to squeeze in for a bit because I loved the fabric so much.
I'm gonna try not to do that again!
