Rakuten (Buying Direct From Japan)

OK, I'm doing some reconnaissance on rakuten for the crazy plaid. I used the translate button on Chrome, which seems to work pretty well. When I get to the address stuff, what do I put in for "phonetic"? It's a required field, so I can't just skip over it. Also, what do I put for a postal code? A USA zip code doesn't really seem to make sense in that spot. Is there a preferred format for entering my address, and phone number? Where would I put my US zip code?

I looked at Rodeo Bros.  Crazy Plaids aren't available there, but I did a dummy purchase of something else.  Everything makes sense there.  Rebirth clearly isn't for the 'merican.  I'll wait for them on Rodeo Bros.  Now back to your regular programming.
