Nice fit and nice fabric too ! Is it me or the buttons are quite tiny ?

Its still too long, but wearable now (shrunk some in the length). Yeah, maybe an inch or so too long but otherwise that's a really nice fit of a really good looking shirt. Yet again, what makes the entire Lawless debacle so depressing is that (most of) the clothes they do produce are great. The weekend just gone I ended up wearing my Lawless jeans out both Friday and Saturday night and got asked what they were 3 times over the course of both evenings. They are one of the best fitting pairs of jeans I own. And that's saying something.

eldiablo: Yes they are tiny, and i like it. I think they use the tiny ones for shirts and the normal ones for jackets. Makes sense.
julian: hehe yeah thats a good compliment for sure.

Griffin - just thought of something that may help a little with the top button strain (although it looks fine to me)... have you ironed the shirt? I find that ironing can sometimes add a couple of millimeters to either side of shirts and that can make a significant difference to fit if it's only marginally too tight. Works especially well on thicker fabrics.

I can try it, but I also havent really worn it much and I hope it wil mold some with wear. I also havent decided if I should keep that button unbuttoned aswell, that helps alot with the overall look.

Yeah, just wearing it around will give you the stretch you need I'd say. On thicker fabric shirts, sometimes I'll deliberately wear a hoodie underneath it to put some strain on the shirt fabric if I need to get a little extra room. Usually works well.

Shirt looks good. Is at least somewhat reassuring to see they can deliver decent product.

Yes, unfortunately never having received anything from them yet other than empty promises, and reading/seeing what gets posted online which comes in about 50/50 good/with issues, then its easy to forget they can produce.

I dont have time to write a review, but basically this shirt is amazing. It came in a little small and long so my plan of shrinking it to fit didnt work out so good. I managed to shring it some by hotsoaking and tumbling until almost dry and then puting it on and stretching it and then hang dry. Its still too long, but wearable now (shrunk some in the length). All seems and shit are kinda perfect, pockets are really nice, lined with canvas. Openings for hands is too narrow tho, so cant scrunch them up, but can flap them back. The shirt is 12oz so not made for heat anyways. I didnt get my brown fisheye buttons but the metal buttons insetad that I chose just because the brown werent a choice atm. rest of the customization is there - oregon shirt with omaha pockets, brown thread, brown pocket lining. Length did not get custom. I'm waiting for the same shirt in the same fabric : it's a pitty it is such a mess w/ lawless because this shirt seems very nice. Hope i'll get mine too !!!

I find the only way to answer the question when you're in your Lawless jeans is that "it's a company in Arizona", and then depending on your relationship to the person depends on the amount of this story that you can get into.

I hear that you can't even contact their customer service, they have to contact you. They are bound by NO LAWS!

I just tell them they're made by Lawless Denim in America. Once people learn they'd have to order them over the Net they tend to waver. Once I tell them my second pair never arrived they cease all interest.

Got the 16.5 oz Cones the other day from the CROIG discount code. Got 34's but they are bit big in the waist... They look and feel great. I like the selvedge pocket detail. Soaked them this afternoon to see if they will tighten up, currently drying on the fire-escape, in the rain..... still waiting on my custom pair since November unfortunately. If Once they arrive i will be all denim'ed out.... for now.

I have to say, I love my LD Black2s.
They took forever, and weren't worth the wait but now that I have them I'm glad I do.
the fit and construction is better than anything from G.

wisdom that's my guess. i know the very first time i spoke with kahla and questioned something she said her response was something along lines of 'that's what i've been told to say' No offense to Khala but she was hired to handle all the shit. Its not her fault as she came in blind to what was really happening. Thanks Sal. I honestly can say I had NO idea what I was getting myself into when I took this job. I would like to apologize to everyone that I've dealt with through Lawless denim. I did my very best to help each and everyone that reached out, but when you have a boss that "runs" a company with 3,000+ customers like Roman does... it becomes impossible to manage single handily. With that being said, I no longer work for Lawless, so the chances of any of you getting ANY kind of response from Roman is close to 0. They have the front gate locked and the phones and email pretty much ignored. I did process refunds for everyone that I had the proper information for before leaving. If you had a refund that hasn't been processed, I'm sorry to say you probably won't see it for a while. I hope all of you get your order's. I do know they are getting around 300 a week to ship out.

Unfortunately i wish I could have told u before i left why i left. I am sure it would have been better for everyone if all things worked out there but unfortunately ROman's employees either leave or get fired but always they end up happy to be gone. As for what Khala is stating, she is correct that the ship has sunk BUT also I know first hand orders are getting done . ROman had the decency to atleast make sure of that. There is still a big chance some are NOT going to get their stuff. I am happy to explain what I know to be facts to whomever would like to take some time on the phone

Thanks for both for your honesty. So Sal? You think some folks WILL see their orders and some will just get f!@ked?
Unless he declares bankruptcy isn't that stealing? And even if he "reorganizes" he'll have to attempt to get out the product.

And even if he "reorganizes" he'll have to attempt to get out the product. I think so. I believe he is doing everything he can to get everything done which is why we saw refunds being advertised like it was a great sales campaign. He was trying to get as much off the table for the simple reason that it is cheaper to refund than it is to actually make it. He priced over 1500 orders way below what it cost to make the damn things. SO if he refunded $100 it likely saved him $200 in labor.

P.S. More than the $ I'm disappointed I may miss out on what Looked like a great Type II jacket and Pendleton shirt. Yes I don't like to be ripped off which is how I feel. However I'm not in the hole as much as I suspect some other folks here are.
