you'll grow into it DigDug. when you do, it'll look great. (i kind of hope that they're altering the size of that pocket flap for varying shirt sizes...if not the entire front of my shirts may be pocket flap.)

Wow, Diggy, you are swimming in that shirt! How are the actual measurements compared to the size chart? Are they out that much??? You look like they're off at least a size, maybe 2!

What is going on with the pocket flap? It's almost half the size of the pocket?

There is no excuse for LD to send items out of spec. (I think the industry standard is +/- .5") I hope everyone that gets miss cut items sends them back and either gets the correct item or money back. It's the only way it will stop!

1st - I still have Hope/Faith that LD will get it together (they are all working to hard not to)
2nd - I take some/all/50% of the sizing problem. I have no idea what exactly I ordered (I thought it was an XL with a 48" chest). But I got impatient and recieved to many "Let's put Americans to Work Emails" that at some point I just clicked on some size.
3rd - Construction is good/great!, Fabric is nice (think its the KS dark Chambray). Will make a nice spring/fall/summer evening shirt.
Sizes (thought I ordered an XL, but from what fit guide, who knows. It may have even been custom measurements but I wouldn't have sent these) chest - 51" Shoulder - 20" Sleeve length - 28" Waist - 51" Collar - around 17"
It's All Good.

Alright, so I received my four KS jeans several weeks ago but I'm just now getting to my review. I ordered the following all with copper thread and black copper buttons in a size 35x34 straight. -18.5 oz Kuroki Indigo -13.5 Kaihara Light Indigo -14 oz Nihon Menpu Grey -14.2 oz Nihon Menpu IndigoxBrown The fabric on all of these are great, really dig them. My only complaint on the fabrics is that the weft on the IndigoxBrown is not brown....at all. Is misleading to refer to this fabric as IndigoxBrown and they should change the name to just Indigo. Either way, its still a nice fabric. The construction itself is very good as others have stated, however, all four of my pairs were off from the fit guide in the waist and inseam. My waists were all 1-2" too small and every pair had an inseam below 34". One was close at about 33 3/4" but one came in a whole inch short at 33" (my 18.5 Kurokis) and the other two were 1/2-3/4" too short. I can still fit in to my jeans but overall I'm not in love with the Lawless straight fit. They aren't terrible but they don't fit me as well as my GUSTINs. They are all just sitting in my drawer right now. Overall I am not satisfied. I waited roughly six months for four pairs of jeans that weren't sewn up correctly in the waist and inseams, plus the fit is not great. My first shirt was also sewn up strangely but thankfully I was able to sell it. At this point I will not be ordering any more jeans from Lawless. As for shirts I will wait and see how my others turn out. I'll chime in and agree that LD needs to be more accurate on their product descriptions. My Montana Indigo slub/brown weft has no brown in it at all, and that was a big reason I picked that denim, and tha fact I really wanted a heavier fabric. I though it would come in more like the brown weft on the Italian HB, ie Gustin Postal WS. The brown weft really lends itself to getting that "dirty" coloring that sets it apart from straight indigo.

DigDug if you're curious what you ordered you probably still have the KS order confirmation sheet somewhere on your computer (or in your sent emails). that sheet should indicate what size was ordered. is there a tagged size? i'm pretty sure the KS shirt sizing for regular XL was 48" chest / 20" shoulder / 27" sleeve length / waist 46"

Diggy's shirt need to be made from Loomstate, then at least he would have a chance in shrinking it in. From the measurments it is closer to their current fit of an XXXL. This might have a good chance at fitting Old.

We need @sal to tell us what is the break down on the size problems.

So this is what I'd like to see LD do for me, I think its resonable. I'd like to keep the shirt (send it to Old26, I think it'll fit him good maybe even great with alittle shrink). Let me order another shirt (in the same fabric if they have it or a comparable). No custom anything just what was on the KS shirt. I'll pay the KS price with 50% off. Get it out to me in 8 weeks. I'm good.
What'a think? Fair?

I was tryin to be funny. BC its so big on you....Havent you seen those pics where people do it wrong and it says just that? But yeah, I guess it isnt funny... I actually think the right way to fix it would be to first and foremost see what you actually ordered. If you screwed up - then you just have to wait if they decide to take it back. If they screwed up, then you should send it back and they should make you a new one with like 2-weeks turnaround max. Thats what I think. What you are proposing sounds like a little to custom for me to see how it will make things smoother. It sounds easy for you, but everything that isnt by the system will make all things take longer. This also aplies for CS and how that is handled.

I Gotta say this Chambray is Very nice! Has the look of a tough denim but not heavy. Tough enough to go to work but very movable.
I'll be looking to get this shirt/fabric again. I hope LD starts sourcing Chambray's. With a 8-12+ week lead. They'll be just in time for Spring.

LOL DigDug: You're supposed to put the shirt into the dryer, not yourself. You take your measurements before jumping in?

I contacted LD immediately about my KS jeans and I have never heard back. This was weeks ago when I first received them. Yes, it was only one attempt I admit, but at this point I'm kind of over it and don't feel like going through another 8-12 week wait minimum to try and fix it. Geez, you're nicer than I am. I'd make one more contact attempt before having the charges reversed on my CC
