I just got off the phone with Jim from LD and he said my size change didn't happen. There might be an XL 15 oz nihon menpu montana shirt with purple snaps possibly for sale in the next couple weeks

He did not but he said if you want a change to for sure take place, then to call the store instead of emailing some one. But he did say Dirty_Denim was good about making sure changes were to happen.

So what's up with this chain stitch on the waist band of my 18.5 oz kurokis? I thought chain stitching couldn't come undone? So I hadn't experienced this and then I noticed tonight that my Gustin Brown Organics' chain stitch on the left cuff has popped. Less than 15 wears in them I'll have to have LD fix them.

I've had a few funky chain stitches on my Gustins. Sucks but it happens I guess. One of the reasons chain stitch is truly outdated.

The awesome folks at LD allowed me to change my waist size to a 35 so the long wait actually worked in my favor

I think speed hooks on boots can wreak havoc with a chain stitch, so if you wear those a lot it could be that.

Received two workshirts from the old site today. Totally in love with the work! Solid construction and tight stitching.. I love how the chest pockets are lined. It's a 12.5 oz denim, so probably isn't suitable for weather in Singapore, but that never stopped me before.
..I have to say the product, to me, is worth the wait. Quality and construction are without a doubt superior to competitors in the same, or slightly higher, price range, and customization is a major game changer.
By the way.. anyone who chose the pink houndstooth liners are in for a treat!!

Glad to hear the impression is positive, cause I was a little jealous of the lumberjack flannel pockets on the jeans posted yesterday.

Here's a shot of the workshirt with the pocket flap flipped to reveal the liner and some shots of the selvage detail (cuff and placket).

I was a bit chicken to pick the pink lining... that looks so nice. My order is shipped but I believe it is only partial. Hopefully, it will include a shirt.

I just received an email titled Production update and I thought it was specific to my order. But, it's a general email saying they are running behind and while some orders take 8-10 weeks others can take 12-14 weeks and keep believing in LD.

Yea, a bit bummed because I was told earlier in the week, that my order would ship yesterday, or today, so when I saw the e-mail I thought, right on, but then it was more blah, blah, blah, thanks for sticking with us.

It is just dissapointing, when I get told one thing from employees on many occasions, and it just doesn't happen. I'd rather get no promises, than broken ones.
