Ciano Farmer packaging is next level compared to everything else I've seen. Paper wrapped in a box with cool hang tags and pocket cards along with full printed care instructions and a hand signed note from Ciano.
I didn't think I cared until I found myself really digging it.

and I was on the lawless site because I am super cool and do stuff like that when I am not being extreme and climbing mountains and talking to strangers...and noticed that they offer different inseam lengths, but only in even numbers. Hence, therefore, 33" isn't currently an option. So my inseam coming in at almost 34" instead of the ordered 33" probably was probably the plan all along. Eh, still like them, though. Also might explain why Ciano Farmer convinced me to go with a 34" inseam because of "shrinkage" in case I was in the pool. (note: there was no actual mention of a "pool" in the e-mail chain between the Ciano Farmer staff and me)

That's what I thought. I remember ordering my inseam at 31", but I just went and checked. Even lengths are only offered now. Does this mean that my 31" is going to come in at 32"? Why the change? It can't be any harder to offer custom length.

I ordered 33 as well, giving an extra inch for either shrinkage or cuffing.

I've been informed all old site orders, except for a few shirts, are done and are shipping yesterday and today. Hoping to see a shipping confirmation in my mailbox in the next 24hrs..

I'm hoping this is to be followed shortly by notification that all Kickstarter orders are done and will be shipping soon.

It might not be right, but the whole "even numbers theory" is just my theory based on what I see on the current website and the jeans I received. Anyone else order odd and get even?
Ciano Farmer's website does have the option for odds and evens. I should be getting my pair of those in the mail either this week or next week.

I have the same hope as my KS orders (confirmed early with no subsequent changes) were supposedly shipping two weeks before Christmas when I last inquired. Still no shipping notice though. Also no shipping notice yet for my old site early October order so cautiously optimistic that they really are all done

This seems to be the concesus. Was informed last of the old site stuff would be shipping yesterday, and today, but don't think much will be going out on New Years Eve, and Day.

Correct. We have only 25 shirts that are delayed on the old site orders. Everything else is completely done as in jeans orders

well gents, if I may I would like to get back to an actual review here as I have received my first pair of Lawless jeans today. This is a promo pair I received in a 15.2 oz Cone denim sewn up with standard copper thread and copper black buttons. Guys, LD jeans are quality, make no mistake. The stitching is great, no flaws at all. All of the details LD uses really add a touch of class imo. These came with a nice, thick natural veg tan patch which is my favorite. The triple needle stitching down the inseam looks fantastic. The pockets are a huge improvement over Gs, nice and deep and the pocket bags are thick and sturdy. The waistband has some great touches as well including double needle stitching and an extra beltloop in the back. The clam shell stitching (I think that's what it's called?) on the fly looks killer! These also came with a double stitched cuff which I actually really like and would consider getting on some future pairs. Buttons and rivets are all nice and the lined back pockets are a great touch as well. Also the ID on the coin pocket is slick. The fabric itself is great as well but I am a sucker for Cone denims in this weight range. These look and feel very similar to the Gustin Heavy Americans. Super crisp, super starchy, close enough in weight that it's hard to tell the difference, and same feel and shade. Just a great, no nonsense, straight up pair of Cone denim. You can't beat that imo. Now the bad news for me, they don't fit. I was expecting this when they arrived as I've gotten bigger recently so I'm not super bummed. I already changed the size once on these and I've made so many other changes to my other orders that I felt bad hitting up LD to change the size on these again. So I'm going to follow in @romans and @mattberts good natured footsteps and pass on some holiday cheer and give these away free of charge to the first person who either PMs me or replies in this thread. I will cover shipping to the lower 48. These are a size 33 straight w/34 inseam. Measurements are as follows; waist; 32.5" thigh; 23.5" knee; 17" cuff; just over 15" inseam; 33.75" front rise; 10.75" back rise; just under 14.75" And as usual, potato cam pics comin at ya!; imgur.com/a/Mc91fps; my oldest daughter (13 1/2 years) was sitting in my room shootin the shit with me as I was measuring these. She knows I frequent this forum and have a denim obsession. As I was measuring the cuff she asked why I was measuring that and I told her that people care about the cuff measurement and it makes a big difference. She said "really?!!...who the heck cares about a cuff measurement?! You and your jean freak buddies?!"....lol.. So, my fellow jean freak buddies, hit me up if you want these. First reply takes them. I've just received these from Ickes and can confirm everything he said regarding the quality and details, though I'm sure no one's doubting that by now This is the first pair of straight fit jeans I've owned (for at least as long as I can remember buying jeans) and (going on my first 5 or 10 minutes wearing them) it's pretty weird I'm going to wait for my order to come in, decide which one I like best and then offer the other up for the cost of postage 15 oz. Niphon Menpu Brown Weft Slub Selvedge Denim (#672837) Men's Styles: Slim Straight, Waist: 33 (I asked for this to be changed to 34 though who knows how'll they'll arrive being an old site order. Ickes's 33's do fit me)Rise: Mid-Rise, Inseam: 33, Fly: Button Fly, Hardware-finished: Copper, Pocket Liners: 8oz Army Green Canvas, Front Pocket Design: Front Triple, Back Pocket Design: Classic Back Pocket, Denim Tag: Standard Lawless Tag Thread Colors: Egyptian Topaz, Hem: Double Chainstitch,

Roman hooked me up with an extra pair of jeans though I'm broke, but he also billed me for 'Human Soul'. I just saw it. That's what it says -- my bank called me. They told me that they don't know what to do with the invoice. I told them I'd 'already paid'.
Obviously, I will be reviewing the pair in question here (since it cost me my eternal salvation), but I hope to get a progress update soon. I heard that Sal is going around picking up girls with my soul, which makes me feel strange but what the hell. Like, 'Want to see a soul? It's in here.....check it out... yeah it's all glowy...' etc.. Well, I hope I got the heritage pockets I asked for anyway.
The jeans in question are still 'awaiting fulfilment'. I feel hollow and dead, but I'm still willing to wait. I've been without my soul for several months now. But if anyone out there is still bitching because they haven't got their KS pair or something this is just to say: Shut the F%$* up and show some backbone. (This isn't directed at anyone particular by the way, I just wanted to share my story. Have a great day!)

Yes very good waiting on buttons actually. The tiger eye snaps and a few other snap buttons but mostly the Tiger Eye. The new site orders (100-191) are cut from my last update with Roman lastnight. KS orders are being done along side everything else. I was told they are not a group of orders all batched together but are trickled in with orders being produced. As you all know I really don't have an eye on anything other than the new website so my understanding consists of asking and getting answers just like you. Its safe to say some orders are real late and some are moving just a bit late. I do feel what is known as a bit late currently will be reality for all until we can add to the production team

The new site orders (100-191) are cut from my last update with Roman last night. This kind of batch update would be a nice feature. Then people can see where their order sits in relation to current progress and impatient people like me won't have to bother you for individual updates. And speaking of reviews, does anybody have a jacket yet?

You will find a bunch of posts

Even though I know this isn't a real question I will answer it anyway. The buttons Were ordered a few weeks ago and arrived a about 1 week ago which delayed the finish of the shirts. The buttons are already in house and are already being made. I know my own shirt which I know for a fact was cut during my recent stay in AZ should have been done over a week ago so I witnessed a sudden stop when I knew I should have got it within days of seeing it cut. EVeryone will get their orders but of course later than expected.

I asked the LD to ship me my items today and they were holding them for me during my vacation. I will definitely do a review of them. Hope the sizes work out... fingers crossed.

When Sal said orders are shipping Wed and Thurs of this week, what he meant to say was: One person is packaging all of the orders so they will ship when that person can get through all of them.
