YEs guys the old site orders are being made and shipped now. I am positive we are a week to 10 days behind on those. The kcikstarter orders are even more due to more changes being requested with people wanting sizes changed and fabrics swapped out after seeing new stuff posted. That alone added atleast 2 weeks to those orders being completed. We never are able to catch a rhythm which I am sure will always be the case with our model. When I get to AZ I will try to nail down what our times really are. Thank you guys for understanding. I promise I will do everything possible to get as much info as possible while there.

I think just knowing what order number we are on really helps. Now I know to check my mailbox this week.

I say these things not because I cant handle them but because I do not want to disappoint that I wont be able to get everything done. Some people are understanding and others go on rampages looking to find out how many times in my life I got parking tickets so they can call up the local police dept to have me and my daughter put away fro 30 years. I mean the guy that found out Roman does Yoga was a bit much but thats his own thing Let me check.

I just saw a similar message from another Kickstarter (Ciano) today. Ciano's customers are changing their orders left and right that are causing major delay for him to deliver his KS orders. Frankly, I think Lawless needs to draw a hard line to refused customer's change requests except they are size related. I cannot speak for Lawless, but my concern is the price will eventually go up a lot higher because the cost of these changes are going to add up. Btw, I have not changed one thing since my initial order. I can see sizing can still be an early issues for us since most of the people do not know their sizes yet. However, people needs to be responsible to make up their own minds when they hit the order button. I just don't want to see a good thing (at least for me) being ruined.

DD you gotta tell Roman to ignore that hater. I posted a response on the G forum to him, but the truth is that I personally have learned to wait and enjoy the whole process. I also feel like the personal attacks on the Stephen and Josh at G, and now Roman have gone way too far. How lame is it to mock someone because he does yoga ... because your order isn't shipping yet? (and that dude should try yoga, like many of us here probably have if pressured by wives or girlfriends and dude it's not joke -- that sh*t is hard). And although I'm an offender it may be an idea to create a deadline on orders for changes -- it makes sense. (I know I'm going to hate myself for saying that, but hey.)

guy on G forum:
by eddiedonnellan I think this is already a well-established fact, but I just thought I'd reiterate that L****** D**** is as bad as advertised. I ordered a pair of jeans from them in mid-September and was told they would ship in 3-4 weeks. It's been over 10 weeks now and I still haven't received the jeans or a shipping notification. If those dadgum Downtown Browns hadn't sold out so quickly, this never would have happened! Haha
With all due respect, if you do your research on the L****** D**** clown, and take one look at him, and his upside down yoga BS, you will be a smart man to take your business elsewhere. Sorry for breaking the code of silence, but sometimes the writing is on the wall.

by Jimmy-T Eddie:
Don't give them any more clues or you will ruin the entertainment just awaiting us in 3-4 months. I will tell you it is fairly illuminating if you google L****** D**** and Better Business Bureau. Oh, and BTW, it is Rope Yoga, seems Jimmy A. had a bright but short run with that one.

I do believe the guy can say what ever he wants especially if we are running late. The only thing I just do not get is when a man not a teen boy act like that over something so simple. I have got many a people more than they deserved when we are wrong. I mean there has been literally a few hundred people who sent in sizes based on jeans they own. Meaning telling us they are a 32 waist but really they are a 34 because they went off the tag from a pair of Naked & Famous. We have taken back at least 150 pairs of jeans and will make those customers new pairs. We will definitely lose out because of KS. Some people have sent us pics of their ill fitting jeans and blamed us. When we get the jeans they measure exactly what they are supposed to. Do we have some mistakes...YES but we will always fix that without blinking an eye. I just wish people to be genuine and stop trying to scam a company that is already giving you a price that is borderline Old Navy pricing (it is actually) I also have one guy who bought something for $10 more last sale who noticed we lowered the price by $10 this sale and asked to cancel his order that was placed on Nov 3rd (his order was already completed by the way) He told me to actually cancel the old order so he can get the $10 discount which is really $5 BC of the 50% code. So he goes to the back of the production line for $5. I tried to talk him out of it but he got mad at me because he believed i was trying to keep him from getting the better price. So i did it. I am sure in 8 weeks he will be the guy that posts how bad we are.
Anyway You guys ROCK!

Dirty_Denim: People don't want to admit to themselves the true size of their waist . . . they want to think it is the size that Banana Republic tells them it is.

This is true stinky, this goes for myself as well. It took me a while to finally admit to my true waist size. I just couldn't believe that I am actually a 35" waist, just seemed so odd to me because I had been conditioned by vanity sizing for so many years.

OK. Time to interrupt and get back to reviews of products in hand. You'll have to pardon Fritz. These are 34 Slim Straights off of the old website with a 33 inseam. They are the Tan X Tan fabric with wheat thread, brass hardware, and classic pockets. My Gustin size is 33 slim and actual waist is between 34 and 35 depending on rise. Loves: 1. The fabric. This is a very nice fabric. Since it is sort of that classic Khaki color, these jeans will be able to be worn when I might have worn chinos. It is very soft and took no time to break in. 2. The front pockets. Unlike other raw jeans I have purchased in the past year, I am able to put my hands in these without feeling like I'm scraping off the skin on my knuckles. 3. Overall construction. The quality of the stitching is excellent and all the measurements are spot on. Things I'd change: 1. Front rise. I think the front rise is just a little too high for my taste. This is probably because I specified mid-rise when placing the order without really knowing what I was doing. 2. Back pocket depth. This has already been addressed (remember these are from the old website and fit guides). There is some puckering in the back seam, but I am not sure if that will smooth out with wear or if it is an actual construction issue. Fritz obviously finds them intriguing and I am very pleased with them. I look forward to adding them to the rotation and to the five or six other packages that I have headed my way. Can't wait for some of the shirts to start showing up.

It makes for a very appealing Toosh. I like they way they look on you. The leg down looks good and the length is money on

Damn.. I'm super stoked now. I'm in the 1600's on the old site for my Tan x Tan Chinos (special request), but made a zillion attempts to confuse the hell out'a Lawless, so may be a bit father back. Fabric is awesome..

That has really got to hurt the bottom line.
Sal, I will give you a piece of advice, no matter how frustrated you get it is not good form to berate customers on a public forum. From my perspective it is not the LD Kickstarter backers that are to blame for the sizing issues. It is up to the Lawless Denim Company to provide customers with the method to measure themselves for purposes of ordering clothing from LD. If this process did not take place or was carried out in a poor manner that is the fault of the people from Lawless Denim who were in charge of the Kickstarter process.
From reading some of the comments on this forum and the Lawless Denim & Co. Kickstarter page it appears that pressure is building for actual delivery of jeans that have been promised. Good Luck!

Its likely a few mixed in across the board actually. My point is we have to fix these things to assure everyone gets what they hoped for. Sure its a loss but its worse if people arent getting what they wanted. To me having people be happy is better than our pockets being happy so early into it
