I thought i should tell you guys some cool news. I will be heading to the Shop/factory Monday Nov 17th thru Friday Nov 21st to begin my families next chapter . Over the last few weeks Roman & I have been doing quite a bit of talking that has lead to discussions of me taking a position with the brand. I was naturally very interested especially hearing what Roman has planned for the future. Roman set me up for the week so that we can both begin diving into everything we all would want out of Lawless. The plan is for me to meet the team & begin settling into my roll in the men's Marketing & Sales Dept. What's great about the way Roman has things set up, is that everyone will take part in the designing of each piece which will make for some solid designs. So far we have come up with a few pieces to get things rolling but I believe it will get even better as time goes. It looks like June will be when I move my family there as long as everything goes smoothly with the logistics of it all. I will also be helping out on here as best as I can without being there so feel free to use my presence here for any questions That's awesome! I am working for denim, but imagine that will end once the new site is launched  |

Just leave a back door for urself so u can get in and cause issues with the site..That shoudld keep u employed for ever lol

Thank you guys. I will not leave the forums as the forums are where its at for me. I have a few idea's for this forum & ways for you guys to always get dibs on 1st runs of fabrics & releases. I also would like to do some sort of giveaway on here but need to work all that out still. The what & when is yet to be spoken

Dirty_Denim...This is great news! I'm so happy for you, and I don't think Roman could have picked a better candidate I have learned a lot from you the past year, and I respect your knowledge in all things denim. Not only that, but your so in tune with the community here, and know what we like. It's a good day for the denim heads and the denim community at large.

Thanks. True story: My wife told me "Wow all those forums actually paid off" My wife thought I had become a nerd & couldnt figure out why I was saying WOW when I would see a guy wearing a cool piece. She met me as the single tan muscle Metro Sexual SAL & watched me morph into something totally different Before (Metro) & After (Farmer) LOL NOW 225-230lbs  1st NIGHT I MET MY WIFE CHEESE ME 190lbs  METRO ME  |

I could get into somthing like that. Make the placket not stand out (looks like its made out of something different them the rest of the jacket) Defiantly needs a working collar. Maybe a Clubbed collar (not as round as the pockets), but not pointed. Kind of like a regular chore jacket collar but clip and curve the point of the collar. |

Yes its actually all leather & was made by the guy in the link below. I think with some stiff denim to give it structure & the collar would make for a great shirt / jacket. I just dig those pockets more than anything

I think, with the tweaks you mention, it would make a nice chore coat. Not my style, but I think others would dig it.

This is what I envision but of course its in my head but this is close and with the pockets slanted a tad more. ANyway its a thought & it might be something I would make for myself regardless. Im into chore coats but the updated versions . The older ones have pocket placement that isnt ergonomic for my need to put my hands in pockets  |
