Which brand oil & cream do you use? I use obenauf's boot oil on my pairs of semi-dress, work, and motorcycle boots, and like the obernauf's LP, which is more of a wax/cream, on wallets, key chains and the like. A light coating is all that's necessary, as applying too much oil will penetrate through to the inside, and possibly stain your clothing. I switch to only the LP during Winter, if needed, as it provides a higher level of protection from the elements. There are certainly many variations of like products which i'm sure will yield great results, but I have been using this stuff for years, and if it ain't broke, nothing to fix.

House looks to be a total loss. Lesson for all - shut your gas grills off and the propane tank valve. And better yet, keep all the grills away from the house.

Sedona Mountain Bike festival! A lot of cool bikes on display. Bikes, beer and red rocks. It only reaffirmed my next bike purchase...great time. I highly recommend. (it was also to plant to seed in the girlfriend's mind that she should get a bike...a subtle nod to peer pressure too)

After breakfast today, started removing the old grout from the tile in my shower. Worked on that for a few hours, then made a trip to Home Depot to pick up some materials to be able to complete the task. I figure I'm about 20% along from taking out the old grout, so this is going to consume a few days to prep, re-grout, and seal. I've never done this before, hope to never have to do it again, I figure the money I save from having a professional do it, will be spent on a new shirt, or two, or three, lol.

Life has been hectic. Not much time for posting. This will be more of a 'What Have You Been Doing Lately' post. But, it seems silly to start another thread. I've been busy working on this... The new home of the Milwaukee Bucks. No one working on the project is allowed to show more than what can be seen from the street. Any more, and I could be removed from the site. So, this is all I can give you, for now.
