Enjoying my early release from work, with the slight disadvantage of being without power. Snowpocalypse! Is it snowing?

Heading to Disney World for a family vacation. Haven't been there for many years. Staying at Kidani Village. I'm just going along with whatever the family wants to do. They do have things planned out but feel free to recommend any suggestions. It will be great for my 9 year old boy. I'd rather go to the Caribbean or somewhere tropical personally but a break from the Minnesota winter will be nice. Haven't had winter vacation for many years. Being into selvedge jeans does make packing easy. The only pair I brought are the ones I'm wearing some Iron Hearts. Did bring some shorts but it's not looking like it's going to be real warm.

Important factor is shoes. Will need a very comfortable walking shoe as you will be walking for several hours.

Bottled these lovelies. You have a distillery? Not drinking much these days but that sounds like a tasty blend for the right drink. Probably not good for bloody Mary's though My favorite vodka drink.

Have you counted on how many shirts and pairs of jeans you actually need in this life? I did when I moved. Probably one-twentieth of the one-half of the one-tenth of my wardrobe.

Oh ya I have and the number is 1/8th of what I own. Honestly I could sell 7/8th of what I own and have a fine wardrobe. Shoes, suits, blazers, outerwear, chinos, shirts ahhhh

Nothing like moving to make you realize how much stuff that has accumulated.

At the airport again, starting my birthday week bonanza. Today I go to Okayama, specifically to Kojima Jeans Street..... The Mecca of Japanese denim brands. Hoping to go to PBJ and Iron Heart, at very least. And, I dream to find a pair of Kapital Century Denim jeans.
Luckily, this leg of the trip is only a few hours today and tomorrow, because Lord knows I could easily spend a months earning in a place like that, lol. I have promised myself that IF I do shop, I will only buy a single item (Aside from grabbing more 1600's......). No excess.

Pics will obviously be required ( or, it didn't happen ) Japan is one of my top 3 places to visit. Maybe, someday. I do wonder, though.....If you were to wear a pair of raws, while in Okayama, would you be looked upon like "that guy" who wears the concert shirt of the band he's going to see ?

Fun fact: My wife and I were in the audience for this interview and appear in the clip at a couple points during the full interview in audience shots. Haha. Other fun fact: I just learned that apparently Dave's replacement Stephen just talked about my court case on last night's episode. Weird wild stuff.* *Another late night TV reference. You can't just leave us hanging like that. You're going to make me watch the whole show. Update, throwing out this guess. Bears. Word to the wise: don't speak up against laws allowing hunting of certain animals. Especially when it's your job to defend such actions. Don't stand between a hunter and his quarry. Lessons I have learned on this day.
