Holding auditions for a popular singing contest TV show for a few days at our studio. Lots of rules including I can't mention the name while we're doing it. Bonus they are feeding us well.

How many rounds until they are complete? They look good so far! I think the darker the better as the pinstripe will be subtle but not understated.

This is where I'm at now..... I'll leave them out in the sun for a few days while I go to Hawai'i, and then I'll flip them when I get back. Now, just patiently awaiting the IHV-02-WH. I'll kakishibu one of those as well when it drops. **Seriously thinking I should grab another pair of these and keep them white..... Time will tell.....

Most of the threads here involve clothes, this seems to be one of there few areas where this pic fits.

There's a site which keeps a list of remaining open drive-ins. I haven't been to one in a long time, but used to love going. The last time I tried there was just too much ambient light to make it enjoyable. drive-ins.com

Anyone still do this? My kids are finding it Odd, LOL Funny you posted this as just I shared our recent adventure on Facebook. First drive-in movie in many years. First for our 10 year old boy. Long line but looks like it will be fun. The pickup in front of us has a mattress in the back. May as well be comfortable. Suicide Squad which didn't sound like a proper movie for an adolescent but I guess it just has a bad name. New Jason Bourne after that. Can't remember the third movie but we will be going home I'm sure.. Update. So we finally get up to the entrance and it is Sold Out! Quick decision to find a regular theater which we do and are at Jason Bourne within 15 minutes. Unfortunately it was Jason Boring. I was a fan of the first 3 with Matt Damon and even watched the 4th without Matt which wasn't as good. You would think with bringing Damon back they would make sure they have a decent story with some of the suspense, cool action and some surprise plot twists but no this was a dud in everone's opinion. Oh well we had a good adventure anyways. We will get the the Drive In earlier next time. They need some type of notice on their Facebook when it sells out so the cars aren't still waiting in line. It wouldn't be too hard to put up a post. We actually were checking it to see. Sounds like the only Drive In close to the Metro area is doing well.

I'm flying out of Chicago back home to Denver today, and while the weather is really nice here, I'm not going to try to indicate I'm not jealous of DigDug .

Well guys, it is a hot one here today, and with nothing pending for me, I thought it a great time for my annual "taking care of leather goods day". I will pull off lacing, where applicable, and clean my boots, shoes, key chains, wallets, etc. and then apply a coat of boot oil, and creams to keep stuff looking good, and maintaining its life expectancy. Now you'all don't need to do this today, but don't forget to get it done before winter comes.
