here is our new COROZO BUTTON...we will get this in in 12 days.... but we got some others in to fill orders........ it is from a new button supplier out of South America... i hear Dirty Denim and what he said about having extra cash aside for issue like these..but just so you know ...for 8 buttons to complete 2 pair ...i bought on ebay [ the cheapest corozo buttons ] cost us 38USD...FOR 8 buttons..... not the best way to complete production..... so sometime it is best to wait...and to stay in business and find someone else you can supply a good button and change in mid-stream...  The new buttons look great Ciano! I like the personalized touch on them. |

Ciano just shipped my girlfriends first sample for her custom pair. We sent Ciano a pair of Gap regular stretch jeans that fit her well. Going to be interesting to see how she likes a non stretch real denim instead of 10% spandex or what have you. First fitting should be interesting. Send them back for resizing. Hopefully one or two changes to nail fit. Then she gets to break in some raws. Cool let me know how it goes. It took a few samples for my girl to get a pretty close fit. The final pair still was a bit too big in the waist..it fit her really well except for the actual waist band. I soaked the waist band and threw it in the dryer, it shrunk up a bit but stillsort of sticks out when she sits down, so she wears a belt (but they are just right in the hips so they are not falling off). |

cianofarmer. Just wanted to check on production timelines and see if you wanted to update them. The site still says 11-13 but it seems like the trend is a bit longer. This includes my own at 16+ weeks. Not upset, or angry, just wanting to know how things are going on your end.

So I am coming on 6 months for the 23oz Indigos. I received shipping notification on Dec. 4 but it hasn't moved. Anyone else experience this? I know my order is complete as I originally received shipping info on Nov. 29 but it was to the wrong address and had to have a new shipping label...

I'd recommend giving them a call, other than that I think it's an anomalous experience, though it may not be an isolated one. |

I can attest to the fact that it may take three or even four days from shipping label being create to the tracking actually showing activity. They are in a very rural area and sometimes the post moves a little slow. I also know this to be the case from my childhood in a rural area. |

Woke up this morning to see its moving along and has been accepted. Says it should be here by Saturday. Interesting considering it says it was accepted 2pm December 9th. 2 days should be Friday? I'm not complaining though because I'll have my heaviest denim by far.

Hi everyone.
so we are given an update.
we have over 36 package lost since Dec [ and counting] from USPS..and we are work like a "banshee out of hell" to replace all the lost orders.
GOD is punishing us because Mike was mean to our pattern maker .."DRAGON LADY"..that is the only thing i can think of......MIKE NEEDED TO KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT..haaaa..I would not trade him for the world...Freakin redneck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but we are taking off on Sunday for the SUPERBOWL...the only day we take of here in texas..sorry!!!!!!!...
we see alot of emails asking about the order updates...most are going out next week...so give us time to respond,,while dealing with all the lost packages... we are tring to make up and remake for all the lost orders so things are slowing down...GOD..gov't entities...wow!!!.. haa next week when they [ homeland security ] read this..i will get a visit from them...HAAAAA....come and take them!!!!! as we say down south!!!!!!
