I like them! That shade of blue in particular is quite nice.
Makes me want to get some colored laces

kinda off topic but what do you guys use to condition/clean your boots? Obenauf's lp? venetian shoe cream? Lexol and a cloth followed by Obenauf's LP. I love Obenauf's, I think it smells great--my s/o has even used it for chap stick in a pinch.

RgT has neppy denim (all cotton, no filler) in multiple cuts, but the price is double. Catch it on sale though and it's a no brainer. RgT fit is a little slimmer than TS, especially in the gut. I just returned one of theirs (Rgt) in the neppy wash. Great fabric. I don't like this fabric much. Help a pleb out here, what is RgT?

i have a utility shirt and a black watch yosemite. I prefer my yosemite more nowawdays. The utility shirt is just too tight on me now as well as small cuffs (even moving button doesn't help). Is it too tight due to washing/shrink or due to an increase in your beer budget? lol

Tape just kills that shirt. I'd be almost curious about seam ripping it out, but not willling to take the risk. Do you guys just not like the white or is there another reason you don't like the taping? I agree it is not my favorite detail, especially on the arm placket.

Utility shirt in heavy slub denim thoughts? Silk weft...I think I'm going in...
Anyone have experience with the Yosemite shirts? Lots in stock now and I am wondering if they are worth the coin over my LL Bean chamois eBay cops (which I love)

I got a white yonder shirt in the warehouse sale. Happy for $31. Thinking about dipping it in some indigo. If I see white Yonder shirts again I will grab more, unfortunately they sold out as I was deciding which colors to buy, bummer. I like this idea though and if you do you should take some pics and let us know how it goes. If I get a white one I would consider dipping it, a natural jacket I don't yet have and a pair of natural converse in kakishibu as exemplified by stevekas on this forum. (I think that is how I stumbled upon this forum actually, I got the Gustin IndigoXPersimmons and began googling more about persimmon dyes, down the rabbit hole)

Just got a bag of shirts in the mail from these guys after a long process (mostly on my part) of choosing between two colors after one had gone out of stock. Ended up with both options -- Alex at Edgevale has been extremely courteous and helpful.
My initial reaction after opening the bag and trying two shirts on is -- VERY NICE! I haven't had a chance to try them all on (live in a woods so I had to take out some leaves before they take me out), but I will try to add a picture or two as well as a comparison to a TS mechanic and Gustin (coming down the pipe). The feel is great and they look very crisp, nicely tailored but loose enough that they can be considered an outdoorsy shirt. I got several Yonder shirts (tried on), a stretch gingham shirt (tried on), and a two-tone navy/khaki safari/highlands looking shirt. The stretch shirt is very cool and stretchy.
I noticed that there isn't much stock on the site currently, however when I talked with Alex he mentioned they are planning to have a black friday sale, so they may have more stock coming in soon.

Did you not get the survey when it dropped about a month ago? That was in there. I assumed that all survey takers would vote that into production. I'm guessing it's gonna drop when I'm further in my current "no spend week" (it's a week until I can last two weeks). Yeah, I got that. Of course I forgot all about it. Probably partially because I don't think all those items end up going into production. But since I'm Mechanic superfan I'm sure I'll buy it. I did pass on the blue/red utility flannel. Thought it followed the new "Kohls Rule" for me. Everybody and their brother is wearing standard lumberjacks these days so I don't feel compelled to pay the premium. "Kohls Rule" lol look what I started I'm going to start weeding out old shirts with this..."nah bro, that's Kohls."

They've added a bunch of interesting fabrics to Soso's site as well, most within the last 2 weeks. A couple interesting options - 11 oz navy(indigo)/olive herringbone (could be a nice chino), 18 oz, uneven weave, 16 oz "twisted" selvedge (not sure about this), and 20 oz Japanese selvedge to name a few. I am now considering placing an order with these guys thanks to this lol. Looking over this thread I see mixed reviews/experiences How long have you waited on average and any other large issues besides the button blowout I saw a few pages back? Anything else to add/think about before ordering from this company? Thanks

I went in for the Black2 and the GreyXBlack stretch (Japan GreyXBlack cousin?) last minute after being torn from the crazy grey fade in the wear photos on the latter...I wouldn't be upset if they do fade this way. The black2 should be a classic from the looks of it and the good reviews here. I'm not sure whether I want a black warp/weft pair yet. They would be a cat hair magnet at my house.

These are sweeeet. What's the consensus out there on the Indigo vs. the Black overdye? This might be my IH cherry pop

Finally got an update today on shoe production saying the leather has arrived and they will begin cutting in early November. So just a keep in mind for those looking to order Gustin shoes. I have the Sienna lows and I really like them hence why I ordered more, but keep this in mind when ordering. Obviously there will be a wait with Gustin, but these shoes have taken either as long or longer than anything I have gotten from them, which is quite a bit by this point...I would say they are worth it, but if you are needing shoes in the very near future you may be best to find another option.

Same here, must be another one of their "select" campaigns...I personally find this kinda impolite to many of G's customers. The stuff is already limited run, so what is the point of making certain campaigns visible only to certain customers?

It really is. madmoses nailed it with that comment. Man. I guess I need to get into kohls more often. Literally 3 Kohl's shirts I wear to work on a regular basis lol. No hate on Kohl's, bro.

Not trying to be a hater or anything, but it amazes me that anyone who is a participant on this forum still buys G plaid shirts. What brands would you suggest, and are you buying those instead because they are a better value, higher quality or both? I don't own any G plaids and have limited experience with higher end shirting in general, so any input is appreciate. I have some Edgevale yonder shirts on the way though, looking forward to that!

Snagged some yonder shirts and a stretch gingham shirt that were leftover in my size from the recent sale. Also got the first-timer coupon for Edgevale. I'll post on the fit and quality so others can compare due to their wonky fit guide.
I figured these should be respectable quality and for the price I paid (less than $50 each) I can actually wear them to work and not have to constantly worry about ruining them.

Not sure if this is the appropriate thread for this (total noob I know lol), but I got a surprise delivery of my nut brown horween duffel today, no shipping email, so it was a pleasant surprise. It has some nice color variation and seems very well constructed, no odd stitching or sloppy points. It didn't have the lovely horween smell that my belts from them have had so far, but I will probably put a small amount of Obenauf's on it, which I love the smell of that anyways.
I think it's a nice size duffel that you could fit a decent amount of clothing in, I mostly grabbed it because it was much more affordably priced than the weekender, and I think I am happy with my decision. I'll try posting pictures.

I was a little disappointed upon opening it as it was fairly pricy and they bragged up the construction...it seriously looks like a kid or a beginner sewed on many of the buttons. They seemed crisp as I took it out of the package but after unbuttoning a few times, they became seriously loose. I was at my little cousin's football game the night I got it and I hustled out after the 3rd quarter so I didn't risk losing anymore buttons, lol.
I told my seamstress about it (mom), and she said "this is a good opportunity for you to learn how to sew your own buttons." LOL

I got my American Boner WS the other day. It's nice, but several buttons are very sloppy. One fell off the first hour I was wearing it. I was sitting in some bleachers and turned and clickity clack i hear a button fall at my feet.
