madmoses , I have zero evo experience with OD. My only other item is the 141, which has zero wear time That's okay. Your WAYWT today was awesome - dark green/olive is my absolute favorite wardrobe color....and even though I have way too many green jacket/shacket options already -- what's your green IH there? And are you a part-time clothing photographer? Like dude, you stage that stuff well!

You guys chatting up all this overdyed stuff in the self edge thread made me start perusing...I think I may be leaning OD over the super black for a shirt? does anyone know of any good wear in photos of the overdye or how long it takes to fade from being mostly black -- and am I going to be crocking all over the place with overdye or is it a slow process?

Hello all! I'm just getting into this IH thing (just ordered my first shirt) and would be interested in getting some XXXL shirts or possibly more generously sized XXL (would like measurements please - at least overall length and sleeve length and P2P) I would also be interested in 36-38w jeans with 34 or more inseam. I would really love to get a UHF with the aspero yarns so I can see what the fuss is all about on that, just having such a hard time pulling the trigger on one for 300 plus bones from IHUK. I mean, it's still a flannel...someone help a young buck out and throw one my way!

thanks davelewis and disheveled. I unfortunately just ordered the 142 today so have yet to receive it. But after your feedback here and davelewis size comparison I will not get the XXL and will go with XXXL. thanks dudes! I know I am really late to the IH party. but I am glad to be here!

I went with XXXL on the 142. I realize all fits/bodies are different but fwiw I am 6'3'' and a decently well proportioned 225 that shouldn't change a whole lot size wise anytime soon. (slight gut/dad bod but I do run about twice a week and work out so I am not out of shape -- always been a bigger dude and I was raised by a southern woman so I know how to eat) I typically buy a 17.5-18/37 slim fit dress shirt -- I recently backed some Gustin workshirts in classic XXL. My usually complaints with a shirt are: I cannot easily button the neck (TS Mechanic in 46 I have this issue) and sleeves shrink to become slightly too short after a wash. I see the IHSH-07 has a different fit guide and comes in larger/longer sleeves. The 07 I am eyeing is XXL pre-owned and has been washed/dried once. I realize everyone is different but does anyone have any suggestions/feedback on if I should go down to XXL on the 07, or stay at XXXL?
(Sorry Edgar Allen Bros formatting got a little weird on that last post)

I finally joined the IH gang! Grabbed a nice pre-owned IHSH-142! Now I'm eyeing an IHSH-07 I'm thinking of springing for the 12oz super black CPO new Anyone have experience with these beauties? Congrats on the 142. That shirt rocks--tonal stitching tones down the western look. I sized up in my 142 to my UHF size Large. In both my 07 and my 85 (cash super black) I wear size Medium, so be aware of your measurements. My 07 doesn't get the wear time my 123 gets--its less locomotive osh-kosh loud, more blue/less white, while still giving you the stripes. Somethings to consider anyway. I went with XXXL on the 142. Did my jeans just get more expensive? Will this windback the $200 import limit from the current $600? Will US made jeans from Japanese denim become more expensive? Is Cone positioned to take advantage of any of this? I don't know but Cone just got taken over by a private equity firm, which might possibly mean an increase in American denim. www.heddels.com/2016/10/private-equity-firm-acquires-cone-denims-parent-company/If so, I suspect a continued increase in price, and hopefully selection/supply. I would think the new owners would be eager to get some ROI. Looking as this is somewhat old news, perhaps it, along with other factors, can explain some recent price climbs.

Foundry also makes a nice plain polo shirt for anyone that wears those casually and looking for an affordable tall option.

This will be no good for many of you, but for anyone bigger/taller, you should check out Foundry Big and Tall Supply Co at JCPenney.
I know what I said about Kohl's, but I buy all my plain t shirts and many OCBDs in large/XL tall from Foundry/JCPenney and they are excellent for me, especially given the price. I have worn their t's for about 2.5 years now and they have held up very well.
They also must work for others built like me (6'3" 225 muscular) as the large tall pretty much sold out in every t shirt color recently in the cyber week sale. You can snag these for less than $10 on sale often.
JCPenney > Kohl's

No more blackwatch in case anyone was wondering. Emailed Steven Keyes and he said that they would not be getting any more of this pattern.
I also love blackwatch and chamois, so I was a little disappointed as I was somewhat eager to try out some TS chamois
For anyone looking for another chamois source, you should check out L.L. Bean. They sell them in tall sizes (I get Large Tall) and they're still very good quality (I just bought one in store this weekend)

Hi champion . Unfortunately I've hardly worn these jeans, so they haven't aged at all with me. I like them, but they just don't seem to fit with what I usually wear. I think they're more of a summer item, as I wore them occasionally with a shirt. When it comes to coloured jeans, I wear my G Japan jeans much more often, as they seem more versatile for some reason. As for LHT, I can't hep you there, as I've never understood what that means. You should try wearing them during winter without a shirt

I was wondering what the brothers on the forum use for hangers to hang their high end shirts...since I'm spending more on shirts now than ever before (I can swing it but don't want them to wear out prematurely)....I don't want to cause shoulder puckers certainly. Is everyone just using standard wooden hangers/or anyone have some other quality options? I have found many hangers don't quite reach the edge of the yoke on my shirts as they are usually XXL or more in any of these brands. I was thinking questions like this may warrant a closet hack/clothing care thread or something of that nature where this and similar questions could be placed or people could place some overall closet photos or also just information on how they wash their clothing in a condensed place. When I first found this forum I was checking out soaking my first raws and recall something of the "ickes method" - wearing them til they disintegrate Also, my closet is nothing to brag about but I would be interested to see how everyone else treats their precious threads. And some of you guys may get a kick out of challenging one another's wardrobes... If this is a dumb idea just give me a few replies to my Q and everyone move along, lol.

In regards to my recent post of the Horween duffel It definitely has a nice leather aroma. At first it didn't seem so strong, but now often permeates my entire room. I enjoy it. I have also used it a few times now and it definitely seems as if it could take a beating.

So the Horween Tote must be highly sought after or a very limited run...as much as I love leather, not sure I can spend this much on what would likely become a gift to my s/o. Just got the email about an hour ago and it's already 33%
