So is it better to size down on the j21s or something?

I got in on the j21s this time too. They went quick I like how they are heavyweight but G doesn't recommend sizing up I'm going to withhold a snarky comment about this, but if you buy your jeans skin-tight and stretch them, you should size up. If your normal size fits a little loose you shouldn't need to size up. I don't think anyone has reported back on stretch, I've only worn mine long enough to verify sizing. I don't mind snarky comments. I like my denim pretty tight. The greenlines are pretty baggy and the black2s fit me perfectly so maybe these will be tight but I hate sizing up. Plus the inseam increases if I do

Off topic: anyone know how the Japan super bright fades? Like a stonewash potential? If the goal is stonewash, I'm sure washing it with stones will result in the effect you desire. This is what Levi's does with 12' tall washing machines. That sounds pretty destructive

Oil washed looks cool. I just feel like it would make me break out or feel like a barbour waxed canvas against my skin lol What do you mean they use butter

I like the emerald pine color. I'd prefer v neck too and heavier weight
Edit: and a pocket too

I got my custom fit sample in. Luckily, Ciano didn't even follow my directions on the thigh because I asked for something way off (I blame my gustin greenlines being out of spec). Alright they came in at waist: 35 inseam: 35 fr: 10 3/4 br: 14 1/4 thigh: 11 5/8 knee: 8 1/2 hem open: 7 3/4 I requested adjustments to thigh and hem opening. I think a 12 max in the thigh is a slim fit. I still want a smaller hem opening at 7 1/4 to 7 1/2 max. The knee at 8 1/2 seems fine as long as that doesn't get bigger. He didn't follow your directions? That's not good. I guess. Still a wise choice IMO. I assume he's pretty busy. He did have to check my request over with Mike and the pattern maker

I don't like cardigans. I'm kinda conservative in my style tho, plus I have a young boyish face.
I don't know why you are defending or explaining yourself ickes 'cause your opinion seems solid to me.

Usually, one of the first things I look at is weight. I rationalize that it's harder to blowout the crotch or something. I'm questioning why I do that now.
My greenlines are something else: soft, interesting, pockets actually useful yet I like traditional cotton the most without the extra features.
If it's made in Italy that factors in because I can only handle one of those at a time max
I like hairy denim more than neppy if I want something extra

I'd get the crosshatch if the pockets were proportional to the shirt. The cross hatch sure looks like the same fabric I got in the Black Friday chambray special... Funny that they call it twill here! So glad I backed out of that at the last minute and went for the powder blue chambray

The simple denim wallets are pretty cool, and free shipping so pretty cheap too. $9 each. They send me one every time buttons or rivets pop off of my jeans or shirts. I have a button that just popped off. What do you say to them? My button fell off...

What's the purpose of Kevlar denim? Is it just an experiment of materials?
Like denim mixed with leather or something...

I have a j crew Indigo polka dot button up that looks like the recent Gustin one. Now I know how it was made with the dots being an absence of the Indigo Is yours the one with that has the whitish back on it? I think I have that shirt too. It seems to be an odd form of denim? I looked and mine didn't look denimy. It looked like Gustins Indigo Wabash dot button up. The Indigo had a bit of Grey to it and the dots were just on the outside (not the backside).

www.weargustin.com/store/859The medium slim is too small so I ordered the classic medium. I've worn this shirt lightly once. Unwashed. Periwinkle gold plaid $70 shipped
