I thought these were light summer shirts, like 4 or 5oz. What are they, then? For me, anything higher than 80 degrees, I don't wear long sleeve shirts that aren't seersucker/linen. 50 to 70 degrees would be the sweet spot for these, imo. Doable in the 70s, but higher than that, I'd go polo/tee/seersucker/linen. Who makes good seersucker shirts?

I got my blackxcoal ws and it fits like an undershirt. If the shoulders shrink I'm screwed. It smells of sulfur too. I remember someone posted about using a cookie sheet to keep the shoulders and chest from shrinking. Any advice on measuring the shoulders to know which size cookie sheet to use? Also one of my 3oz button ups shrunk in the shoulders and chest after a cold wash. How doable is it to unshrink that? First, verify that it's within spec and if it's not return it. Don't wash, soak, wear it around etc if it's outside spec out of the bag. I've heard the best way to get the sulphur smell out is a sun bath, so if it's within spec that's a good place to start. From my experience, water is not the way to get the smell out. I believe the whiskeyriver cookie sheet method is just a matter of finding something that matches your ideal spec (whether cookie sheet, piece of 2x4, whatever), and jamming it in there while the fabric is wet. A cookie sheet would be good for the chest but I would probably go for a 2x4 in the shoulders, but I would imagine there'd be a bit of weird stretching in the sleeve where it tries to shrink. I'd have to shove the 2x4 real close to the shoulder seams or something. I'm backing the Zimbabwe WS and sizing up to a slim

Got a three pack of v-necks recently; all the V's are off set by a quarter inch or so making them look ridiculous. I work healthcare and they'll work as undershirts with my scrubs but I don't expect to be wearing them anywhere else. Going to stick with the crews from now on. Lol wonder what happened there. I got the white, black, and heather grey pocket pack and they are fine. Nothing special. They are not particularly substantial at 5oz. I was kind of ruff with the white one the other day taking it off and I heard a tear in the collar but haven't noticed anything of it.

Do IH shirts fit smaller than Gustin sizes? Looks like the chest might be smaller. I'm a classic medium with G...

I have the blackxcoal work shirt and my first pair of chinos coming. I sold my faded heavy Americans back and put the money towards the Japan 21 which are awesome. Who did you sell your faded heavy Americans back to?

I don't mind skinny fits. I don't want a giant waist tho.
Would 3 sizes up make it less skinny overall?

There's some unsanforized antique 36 slims in stock that are 3 sizes up from my normal size. I'm considering getting them but 3 sizes up sounds like too much. I was reading a bit in the antique thread and it seemed 1 to 2 sizes up was good.
Any confirmation on this?

I hope the trend of size 1-2 size down goes away. I don't get it but I still see it thrown out there. I sized down 2 sizes on my first apcs and that was painful. I wouldn't do it again... If I was smart
