Ok, so I need honest feedback on the fit fellas cause I hhonestly feel like it fits me better than my IxI and I really think I can work with this with possibly a little tailoring from Lawless, here it is; imgur.com/a/itvL0Its not a perfect fit, it's long and roomy but I'd appreciate some feedback guys

Sleeves longish which I love. How does it feel?

yeah sorry for the poor lighting guys but I'm rushing around today and I'm all giddy over this shirt. the feel of the fabric is just as killer as the look Scottbot. It feels heavy, solid, substantial...don't remember the weight but it feels great. It feels like armor, like a WS should..like an IH type feel.

It doesn't even look Indigo guys, it looks brown/ black...like a dark, faded brownish black. It is really an awesome fabric.

Mid section can be a little slimmer but it looks acceptable from the front. The sleeves length can be a bit shorter but I think you can make it work. The length of the shirt is long...and it doesn't look right.

Thanks. I am going to hot soak mine and put it in the dryer to shrink it. Will then take it to my tailor to slim down the waist.... the fabric looks killer!!!

thanks @david. Yeah I'm really glad I backed it. I'm debating on doing a hot soak but not sure yet. Why hot soak it? Just keep doing your work out and bulk up into it. Pretty sure you'll fit in that shirt in no time That workshirt looks way better on you than I anticipated. The Gustin large shirts don't fit you anymore, do they?

thanks @david. Yeah I'm really glad I backed it. I'm debating on doing a hot soak but not sure yet. I would cold soak then hang dry first. Followed by cold soak/dryer session on low if that didn't do it. Starting with a hot soak on that beautiful material seems harsh...

Yup its a badass shirt for sure ickes . Fit looks great other than a smidge long but who cares bc everything else looks MONEY. The fabric looks to be exactly what I posted it would be. Brownish right? SO mad I didnt get it

Brownish right? SO mad I didnt get it We've reached a point here with shirts especially that unless people get really lucky, the only way to get a perfect fit is full custom. I think sometimes we're being too picky on these things. We're wearing shirts untucked, which already means that we've conceded some points on perfection. Untucked shirts like this are not something that caught on really large scale until the last so many years. Wearing shirts untucked not too long ago would have you refused service in a good restaurant. Now you can see people "semi-formal" with untucked shirts and a tux jacket. Also, the current trend of clothing that looks like a guy wearing his younger brother's clothes (too small/tight) just doesn't work for this old dinosaur. Trim is one thing, but some of these cats look like the buttons are about to burst on their shirts/jackets. I guess I'll compare my off the shelf LD Montana with another of full-custom numbers and see how they compare.

I guess I'll compare my off the shelf LD Montana with another of full-custom numbers and see how they compare. i think it partly stems from the growing girth of the typical american male midsection as well. even on shirts meant to be tucked, unless i get a slim cut there will be a pillowcase worth of extra fabric billowing from my back. on an untucked shirt this can sometimes be compounded with my height (5'8") as if the shirt is billowy and long i end up looking like donald duck in his bell coat

Brownish right? SO mad I didnt get it Thanks man! The fit is great in the top block but too long as you stated. Definitely brownish, yep, but when you look closer you see black underneath. Like a pair of jeans that had a brown warp and black weft. So freaking killer.

Given a choice between comfortable and fashionable, I'd always pick comfort. I have trouble with the cuts of shirts and jeans, they are perfect if you want to do a light walk or stand still but to do manual work with a lot of movement or sit for hours they are not comfortable. Even the straight fit by most players, I don't find it comfortable enough. I guess going custom is a way to solve the issue, but I'd prefer to get something right off the bat.
