Wish me luck guys! Dropped of the Postal at the tailor to have shortened. About an 1 1/2" from the bottom. I'm sacrificing the postal in view of the Wabisabi. Not sure how the tailor will make the curves by the gussets look (no matter what I say/point/draw, you never know Good luck. Let me know how that goes. I am dropping my HSWS to the tailor to take in the waist. I am not as concern since she does it for me all the time. For the Wabisabi, I have yet to receive any offering on the shirt and I need to figure out what to do with it after it arrives. Washing/Drying similar to my HSWS is not going to happened because I want to keep that crispness. Good luck, and I hope you get the results you are looking for. The PHB came in true to spec for my Classic XXL, except the length is an inch short in the length, which I am delighted with.

My Postal HB shirt has been stuck in the Mission Viejo (just down the road) USPS site for a couple of days.
There's a joke here someplace but I can't sift it out.....

</div>The after wash pictures look so much better. I think the length and waist of the shirt can still get a bit shorter/slimmer but I think it looks good on you.

The drape looks better after the wash. Did it shorten up any after drying? Its hard to tell because you have different pants on afterward, so you loose the point of reference.

I havent measured it since the wash but it seems it may have shrunk maybe a 1/4 of an inch . I believe the wash helped relax the fabric which makes it look like it shrunk more than it did. I'll give a better answer soon

I just dropped off my work shirt to my tailor. She told me she will take about 6 inches off the back. Will take a fit picture after I get it back.

Cutting just at the bottom button? Sorry, my fault on not being clear. My tailor is taking the waist in for six inches off the back fabric. I don't want to get into my discussion with my tailor since people are "ultra-sensitive here. The #1 thing she doesn't understand about the shirt's cutting is why there is so much extra fabric at the back.

@wils . . . i'm imaging your constant tinkering / tailoring / washing this shirt trying to get exactly what you want that eventually you will end up with a wrinkled, napkin-sized scrap of fabric with a solitary button hanging loosely by a single thread. No need for fit pics when it gets to that point.

A lot of the shirt pics seem to generally look fine, which is encouraging. Admittedly, the one thing that looks off in most people's pics is the length. Shouldn't be surprising as it looked long in Gustin's pics as well but I was hoping that was a result of the picture angle, etc. Design-wise, the length feels exaggerated... too much space between the pockets and the hem. Should have mine in about a week, so fingers crossed. This is one time I'm hoping the sewers cut things smaller than spec.

I'm also thinking about replacing the buttons with wooden buttons or med brown corozo buttons.
