Can we start making side bets on who will crack first? I'm putting my money down on @untucked. I'll be looking on my IG newsfeed to see you posing with any or all of those shirts in the near future! Hasn't devastitis already lost but keeps claiming his girlfriend bought him the stuff? Or maybe that was @untucked My gf was supposed to go get me a pair of PBJ's as a Tokyo souvenir gift from her, but she spent the whole day shopping for herself, so I didn't receive anything!

Not shopping, for sure! Lol... What is there to do there? Anyone know? Apparently between great white sharks and salt water crocs, the beaches and ocean are undoable @untucked, I was last in Darwin in '73, lol, so I can't really help. Google it up, there's the museum & art gallery, the botanic gardens, Territory Wildlife Park...large Asian community so there's gotta be some great eats. You should be good for a short stay...have a goody, bro'!!!

i'd ask locals about beaches that are suitable for humans. despite all the hype, i'm sure not every body of water is filled with man-eating monstrosities.
i actually did a little googling, just because you piqued my curiosity. mindil markets, and kakadu are the two most common suggestions that i've seen. kakadu is obviously not darwin, but it seems to be one of the main reasons people go there. also, apparently, sunset. s'posed to be really something else.
anyway - welcome to australia, in advance, and safe travels!

I did the same thing on rakuten. Only it was a 634-XHS OR 634-21oz.
Hoping late summer comes the fall releases. I would love a deck jacket and the super heavy flannel from Rakuten this winter.

My girlfriend bought me a pair of Gs from the denim grab bag. She didn't give them to me yet. But yes, I have acquired more clothing through not my own means. I'm kinda impatiently awaiting them - I feel like they're going to be something I turn around and sell immediately. But I'm hopeful they are not.

No Momos/Strike Golds for me. But she did give me a budget for a watch, suit, and a pair of footwear. I'm thinking Christopher Ward, SuitSupply, and a pair of Alden Color #8s.

Just saw this thread. I like the idea. My one year pants cop freeze will end on june 27th 2015. I bought other garments during this period of time though. Mostly shirts.

No pants for a year man damn. Kilts the entire time? Well, I bought so many pants in 2013 / 2014, I think I'm set for at least five years anyway.

Already close to week 3 being in the books. Not so bad thanks to Gustin and Taylor Stitch for being a bro, and not dropping anything of interest so far.

Alls Well here! Though I did lose my sunglasses and being that I work at nite, my sun glasses are more like a tool (at least that's what I've reasoned in my mind).

It's actually not a bad looking shirt, but not amazing.

Like, replacing your shades, or if someone's 666XHS get ripped or some shit.....

It's kind of a joke if one person joins the challenge late and fails it on a weekly basis, then states that they're restarting their 90 days. If you do your own personal challenge, then it's fine if you start it, fail it, restart it whenever you please.

Like, replacing your shades, or if someone's 666XHS get ripped or some shit..... I'm going to have to disagree and say vote no to this. Ripping a pair of 666XHS does not mean it needs to be replaced. If it's going deadstock, and will never be made again, feel free to buy a replacement pair, but that counts as a fail. People undoubtedly have other things they can wear in the mean time making it a non-necessity. Accessories aren't a necessity either. But I also wouldn't prioritize making it to the end of this challenge over certain non-necessary items, for me will be a major sale on shell boots and Gustin Japan Taupes and Japan Summer Blues. And if you fail the challenge, you fail. But you can always do your own person challenge after a fail.

Why don't you guys just adopt a more realistic and fun philosophy. One in, one out. Then you don't have to do dopey "no spend" things and torture yourselves. Donate something or sell it, but keep your net values the same and enjoy the new things you want because you likely are not going to use the old ones after. Good Will picks up, you get a receipt, and you can write off with taxes. Same for Disabled American Vets (there's a few) which is what we use now. Seems crazy grown men doing this...hence, I just bought a new Good Wear jacket from someone on one of the other forums. But that means one of mine has to go now...no guilt, no more room needed Happy Father's Day to all you Dads - we've earned our grey and/or lack of hair!

So are replacement sunglasses in or out? If I had another pair I wouldn't buy a pair but I don't. 1/3 of the way through this and don't want to stop now.

I'd say if it's a safety thing you should be allowed to get them. Say, your drive to work (or home) is directly into the sunset. If they're something that for you is a nice to have or optional, then I'd say you should go without. I'm not in on this, though, so I guess it's none of my business.
