so this is what my moss herringbones look like, based on the pics from curieux88 he's either right that the color is way wrong, or we got different fabrics. Herringbone Madness:  Cuffed next to the inside placket of the Wabisabi workshirt (it seems to me these are coming off of the same loom):  Update shows the Indigo are queued for shipping. We have the same fabric. I'm just awful at taking photos |

Yeah, I'm not sure what to do with these now that I see how bright green they are. Might be time for another round of bathtub dying...

Mine are still on their way to me, but the moss color seems *very* different to the color advertised on the website? I thought it would have a strong olive tint with plenty of texture, but it seems bright green and smooth from that photo??

Yeah, I'm not sure what to do with these now that I see how bright green they are. Might be time for another round of bathtub dying... I feel like they'll tone down a little bit with wear and wash, but what color are you thinking for an overdye? I'd bet indigo could be pretty awesome. |

There's definitely a strong texture to them, more pronounced than either of the Italian herringbone I have. They are absolutely greener, though, I was expecting more of a brown hue to them like the swatch pics. If you don't like it I'm sure you could get away with a return with how different the swatch looks. |

The official "tone this sh*t down" treatment that has gone well in the past. |

Mine arrived today. Wow, they are much greener than pictured; quite disappointed in fact. Something has happened to the color balance when Gustin posted or the sample fabric was different to the full roll? The color varies even between Gustin's four sample shots.  |

I'd be pissed if I got those Kermit 'Boners. Or maybe they look better in real life. Pretty limey in that pic...which may not be bad, but compared to the same Gustin shot, it's bad. |

My Postal HB shirt actually looks nothing like the color swatch they put up, but it was not a bad thing in reality. Still, I'm leary of their color representations.

By the way, I've washed the Moss Herringbone and, while it's not a terribly dramatic change, they did tame down a little bit in the Kermit coloring, definitely a tad more olive, but there's no taming the pattern, they wear very-much in the stripey-pants category. I'll try to put together some more pics later. I think felizuno might be onto something with a light grey over-dye. |

Both are back today & after returning the moss' I'm tempted to get the indigos. Can anyone post pics of the indigos being worn? Are they royal blue or dark blue?
