What The Hell! NO Herringbone Thread! (Unless I missed it) These things are great for summer! Only 11oz (if I remember correctly). I'm beating mine up (cleaning out a barn today) but these are great to go out on the town with. Yes everyone wants unique fades, indigos, and weaves but you don't get much more unique then these (unless you just ordered a pair of Wabash! I'll have those in a couple of months) . You walk around in these and people notice (in a good way)!  |

i missed out on the greyxblack hbones saddly. But i have the most recent funded brownxblack being made right now. I'm super stokes for them. I'll probably be scared to get those dirty though. No barns for me  Looking good man:) |

I have the BrownxBlack and would like to see the GreyxBlacks come around again as well.
I wear mine with a button down blue Oxford shirt. It is not in heavy rotation but I expect to get more wear out of them this summer because of the weight.

I've got the GxB 'bones.. wear 'em to work all the time and do alright in the heat over here. Have the BlxBr on order and regret missing out on the moss.
I've got a workshirt somewhere in the LD pipe in the wafer brown weft, but I don't expect to get those anytime soon.

Being late to lots of parties here today, I wanted to chip in and say that my son's Boners from GUSTIN came Saturday. Holy shit, they are some killer jeans guys. Next time GUSTIN puts them up, I'm in - 100%. I got some BS email from LD which I give as much attention to as a Kim Kardashian post, so I still have some room for GUSTIN jeans in the drawer. Seriously, if you haven't seen or bought them, give it serious thought.     |

They dropped same time (or close to it) as the Kate Moss Boners, which I'm really looking forward to getting (next week?). There was no mention of a heavy veg tan patch, so maybe I'm wrong, or maybe they just didn't mention it. I'm hoping the Moss has it too! EDIT: I must be wrong, because the ID on the #196 is red/white, not this badass looking ID on these. SO, yeah ..... which are they Old26 ? Me oh so confused. |

I like them as jeans (in this darker look) but I still don't think I'd like them so much in their actual (lighter) color (as jeans). BUT, I'd have to try rockin' them to know. And I'll probably end up backing them if they come back. It's definitely a killer fabric! My first Boner jeans will be the Kate Moss, which should be here within a week. I'll have a much better idea of how I feel about Herringbone as a 5-pocket jean once they get here. (post edited for clarity) |

I had no idea they had the Grey Herbs. I was referring to www.weargustin.com/store/834I'm almost certain now they are the GreyxBlacks. Probably in one of their ninja offerings. Edit: Nope. Postals looking at the last pic. Couldn't see it from my phone, but it's clear as day on my SP3 that it's the Postals. |

The weft is way wrong for either of the greys, and he ordered them for him during the last or second to last postal campaign. I think it's a white balance issue. The pics of the warp definitely make them look like that first run of grey herringbone, though.
Gustin is teasing me on the moss herringbones, though. Keep pushing them to the next Friday every Thursday.

Awesome thread. I've been unsure about the hbones personally but now that I'm seeing Old26's tease with a camera flash - I think we found a new instaback for G - an deep indigo hbone. That just looks like exactly what I'm wanting. Someone tell G on the Styleforum.
