Ha, I am a curmudgeon. But I respect people who have those really cool, but limited pieces. This just isn't one of those.

I'll give it a shot, knowing its an outlier, and will see if it'll fly for me. I see no risk with "easy" returns and clown schools popping up all over th pnw!

The inside is the stuff of nightmares, at least when combined with the outside. It reminds me of Derelict, or whatever the homeless style was in Zoolander.

Camp shorts are in! Not a complaint to be made, just a smidge big overall. Going for a spin in the washer/dryer now with hopes of a little shrink. Otherwise, there's a reason they have belt loops.
Update: definitely got some shrink after a cold wash and medium tumble dry. Shorts fit perfect now. They're rough, they're tough, and they're going to last for years! Easily my favorite shorts ever, I only regret not getting a second pair at the workshop price.

And the experiment is complete. What did you like the least about it? as bentin pointed out earlier: the inside clashes horribly with the out, and the outside pattern didn't win me over anyway Fits like a 'shaket', being tight in the mid section but sizing to a large would make the sleeves obscenely long for me. I like my TS task jacket so much (black) that I am on the look out for a lighter colored but similar style--just can't do the length of truckers--but this is not it (edit) Almost forgot about the wavy stitching that adds a layer of terribleness not immediately apparent.

I find that brevity leads to my best results. Too many words spoil the delivery.

Just a heads up, but I received a response back from Mina for the questionnaire they put out a while back. I'm sure some of us sent them a laundry list of things we would like to see. Pertaining to my request for heavyweight flannels, and something other than run of the mill colors, she said there would be some "beefier" flannels hitting the workshop in August. I'm hoping they can get ur done.

Didn't realize that TS changed their sizing guide to a very general one for tops and bottoms. I did like the specific measurements as it helps me figure out sizing but of course I live close by so I can always stop in store and try it on.
Kinda sucks for people who have to go sight unseen now. Hopefully they go back to the more detail measurements. Would suck for Mina and others to respond to emails daily about more detailed sizing charts.
Truth be told I haven't really liked anything from them in a long a while. I haven't really purchased anything in over a year from them minus a beanie.

Their lack of MiUSA drops has me tuned out anyway. How hard can it be to sew chinos in this country?!

I've been pushing back on this at SForum because I know their reps read there. >>>> @ T/S RE: New Sizing charts These new sizing charts for shirts are essentially useless. It tells me a 44 is a 44. This is absurd and makes no sense for the premium T/S charges for it's products. I know what size fits me from being a past customer, but if I was a new customer I would not be happy viewing those charts.

Hopefully the depths they've crashed into this summer are a precursor to the glories they're going to have this fall. Or they're just f'ed. Could go either way.
