I'm going to go with the khaki, as I have the Highland in green Japanese twill. Khaki shirts like this one will go with everything, except a light khaki pant, and will go exceptionally well with indigo. I think the khaki looks great. I love the look, but I'm not so sure I could pull it off. I don't have a single khaki colored shirt, and I've forgotten the reason why. The brushed twill on this really looks good, and at 9.5 oz, gotta get it. I have an old khaki Carhartt shirt that my wife comments on when I wear it, so I think she will really like this one when I bust it out. It probably won't be getting a lot of wear until after Summer, but thats OK, because this will be an instant classic for years to come.

hell guys...I might just go for the khaki on this one. It's already at a good price being it's in the workshop and plus I have a 20% off code so it would be a good time for me to give a khaki shirt a shot. Like davelewis said I think the khaki would great with Indigo.

Can't decide what size to go. 5'10 175lbs model is wearing a 40 really well, but for the mechanic shirt, 5'10 165lbs model wore a 38 really well. I'm 5'8 170 lbs.

Decent room in the chest and arms then tailored waist. Fits me well. I'm not busing out of the arms like my G shirts.

I pulled the trigger on a 40, but I'm a Gustin classic medium or slim large. Should I go 38?

Another thing I've noticed about TS shirts is they are generous in the length which I personally love. I think a 40 would look pretty long on you at your height.

FWIW devastitis I have always been one size down in TS from my Gustin classic fit size.

devastitis i wear a TS 38 and i'm pretty sure your chest/shoulder measurements are larger. the 38 fits me well...i'd guess a 40 is a better bet for you.

My bro is about your build but a couple inches taller, and he wears a 42. But really the TS shirts have been a little scattershot lately with slightly different fit guides for everything. So I think the best course of action is to check the measurements on your favorite shirts against the TS fit guide for that particular shirt and order accordingly. And if in doubt, err on the side of the larger size. I've never had a TS shirt come in awkardly big, but I have had one that shrank in the wash to be pretty borderline too small.

My first shirt was the Yosemite in 40. Just a hair too small in the waist. I wanted it to be worn over a T so I wanted a bit more room. Turned out to be a good move since I got bigger.
The 42 fits me like a Gustin Large did pre-wash.
Also TS has different fit charts for each shirt. I say go true to size. Unless you have a super smal midsection and need a smaller waist.
My Yosemite did come in under the for guide at the stomach.

My telegraph suit is supposed to ship this week. We will see if TS can avoid the delays that are plaguing some of the other brands. I can't wait to see the product and I could really use something like this in my wardrobe.

Can't wait for the sand mechanic shirt and my chambray to come in.
I am really really thinking about backing the olive twill shirt.

Ha! The curse continues, just got this email from TS:
Hey Guys,
Hope everyone had an awesome weekend.
Just want to give a heads up that the Telegraph Jackets and Trousers will be in from the factory slightly behind schedule. These pieces took a little extra time and care to put together and the factory needed more than anticipated to make 'em perfect. Jackets will ship out Monday March 30 and pants will ship Thursday April 2. If you purchased the jacket and pants together, we'll ship your order out April 2. You'll hear from us again with a shipping confirmation email on your order(s).
As always, if you need anything from us, feel free to give a shout.
Have a great week, Mike

Ain't too bad when it comes to a suit I would let them have a little extra time.

a week isn't too bad, especially if they hit that. there was a similar slight delay in one of the products i've gotten from them, but mostly everything has been on time or slightly ahead of schedule.

Don't get me wrong, it's way better than some other options but the near universal delays are lame.

Don't get me wrong, it's way better than some other options but the near universal delays are lame. Lame is pretending the delays don't exist and not communicating issues as they come up. Telling you at the beginning of the week ( without being prompted) that they're supposed to ship that they aren't going to ship that week is the best I've heard of in the made to order casual wear market. There are plenty of options that don't involve waiting, and you can take pictures of your sweet new goods and share them here instead of fretting over delays.

TS being proactive is how it should be. One week isn't a big deal.

I'm not saying Gustin is proactive, I'm just saying hope TS doesn't miss their projections week after week a la Gustin, and only differentiating themselves from Gustin by staying proactive.

On a different note, the Telegraph Jacket is in the TS store. Really like the look of the Espresso jacket, have enough Navy and blue jackets. I'll wait til I see some reviews first though.

Yeah, but they don't have any of the matching pants. Yeah, it's sold out. I did notice that. But maybe they'll be in for a future restock.
