Just logging in to post about the Workshop Utility Shirts and see I'm a few steps behind. Love the J Dot fabric and will probably order today. I have the Railroad shirt and love it - pockets included. Pocket shape is a more subtle feature in person and I honestly don't notice it much.
Good thing about the Workshop items is you can still order them even if it shows 100% funded - I think TS just makes as many as ordered. This is good (or bad) for me since I still want to pick up the Espresso Telegraph trouser. TS has been offering excellent fabrics across the board lately.

Man, was that Telegraph jacket ever an emotional roller coaster for me. I've been searching far and wide for a nice medium to lightweight, deconstructed brown blazer like that for months. Seeing one pop up on TS was pure joy. And then seeing that they didn't offer it in a Long and it's about 3-4 inches too short for me to consider...*sad trombone*. I'm still moping about it.

Hmmm, well, obviously that's not the best...but I would've been tempted to live with it at the Last Call price. The first pic is not that big a deal to me because nobody sees that part of placket once the shirt's buttoned up. The other stuff is not disastrous. If the fit was right on, I'd probably hang onto it myself.
Would be great if these American sewers learned how to align patterns like a boss, though. I grant you that.

I don't really care about the pocket, wouldn't have noticed unless I was already looking at the placket issue. If you were wearing a tie, it wouldn't even be visible, but here's the sum of those parts (the first pics are far more representative of color, if that's worth mentioning):

Oh. Yup, I'd send it back. I couldn't tell from the first set of pics that the placket was out of whack on the front (buttonhole side) as well as the back (button side).
I really like the fabric, though. Love that color combo. I was intending to snag one for myself but I guess I hesitated too long because my size was gone when I went back later that day to buy it.

Damn.....I'm loving that ticking stripe utility. But, according to the description, their model is 5'10", and wearing a size 40, which has a 28" length. I'm 6'2", size 44. Fit guide says 29" length. Am I too tall for TS ? I'd sure like to have another inch. (Ya, I know, that's what she said)

Im 6'1" and I've got TS shirts in 40 and 42 and they definitely are not short in length. Actually I'd say the TS shirts are more on the long side, that's what I like about them.

Now, that's what I want to hear. I'm backing it. The estimated shipping starts on my birthday. If from no one else, at least, I'll get a gift from myself. Successfully enabled, once again. Thanks, Matt.

After getting then Yosemite in 40 and 42. I might end up being a 44 for a loser more comfortable fit. They both sewed small in the waist.

I'm even taller than you guys (6'4") and my TS shirts in 44 are long enough for me. Also keep in mind that TS typically uses front length for their 'length' measurement, rather than center back length as Gustin and others do.

No matter now, though. I backed it. Being a TS virgin, I got 15% off presale price, too. I'm looking forward to busting my TS cherry, soon.

I like both the fabrics but I'm leaning more towards Jacquard Dot.
It seems the funding for Kudu Wingtips is not going well. I think the price point is quite high.

So I've been on this 90 day no buy thing and so far so good. However, this morning as I was drinking coffee and zoning out I checked into the TS thread, which I haven't done in a long time. I think I'm going to blow my 90 day plan, guys. The telegraph jacket and pants and going to end up in the closet if I don't stay strong.
I've got two pairs of the telegraph pants from a year ago (when they offered slim and regular cut) and they are the best thing since sliced bread for wearing with a dress shirt and tie, sleeves rolled up and for of a drink. The new version is in wool but the espresso color looks great and the jacket is the same vibe as the pants, no tie? Cool. Loose tie and DGAF? Cool.
So, we shall see....approx 2 days and 13 hours. I won't pay the after workshop price but the workshop price is fair IMO.

The new donegal fabric looks great but again look at the placket on the red one. How much time would t take to match up a pattern? Looks awful with the two white columns so close to each other.

I'm going to order that telegraph jacket/pants. The sizing is crazy, though. The 40 is between the 36 and 38 shirts on chest size.

BTW, just realized I made an error in my post above. I said I have TS shirts in 40 and 42 but I meant to say I have TS shirts in 42 and 44. fwiw.
