colerussell basically what TS said was if they know an item is going to fund and it's moving quick, as the Yosemite did, they start production earlier than later. Might not be the case with every workshop item but I doubt TS would be late.

The brushed twills were also very prompt.

got a response from Domestic Domestic today about the stained TS oxford i got the other day. they said to wash it and see if it comes out...if not they'll figure out what to do. not exactly the response i was expecting for a new item that arrived stained.

One of them is mine I'm sure. I had to return my size 42, it was too small. Me thinks these sew upa bit small fellers.

One of them is mine I'm sure. I had to return my size 42, it was too small. Me thinks these sew upa bit small fellers. I am starting to come to the conclusion that this may currently be the case for other TS shirts as well, especially in the length. And don't assume that "pre-shrunk" means the shirt won't shrink when you wash it. Chest and waist didn't change much, but I lost about 0.75-1" in length (body and sleeve) on a couple TS shirts after the initial wash. Something to keep in mind if you're like me and have long arms and hate short shirts. Also, the TS/Fair Ends collaboration shirt that I have (Glacier Chambray) is slightly larger than the fit guide. More than slightly (+1.75") in body length. Good for me, but maybe not so good for someone else.

Very true. My glacier chambray is the largest of my TS shirts in all respects.

Dammit, I thought I had their sizing figured out, but now I'm worried. Ickes, you were happy with the general fit of the Gustin Slim XL workshirt, right?

Okay, that really doesn't make me comfortable with ordering a 42 TS.

My WS is an XXL classic and I wear 46 in TS, if that helps.

Okay, that really doesn't make me comfortable with ordering a 42 TS. I'm an XL classic in GUSTIN button downs and a 42 in Taylor Stitch. However I had to send my TS CPO in a 42 back because it was too small.

It's wool, it's an over shirt. I wear my CPO over a long sleeve button down perfect. They are shirt jackets not standard button downs.

Looks like TS is doing a shoe\boot collab with rancourt. Maybe dropping tomorrow?

Thanks Ickes. That saves me $150. Some folks are more sensitive to wool, but to me, the TS Maritime is a very tight weave, and I don't get any itch at all from it. I just picked up the navy, and am hoping the gray makes it to last call, and I'll pick up another, as I don't want to spend another $150, but they are great shirts.

My WS is an XXL classic and I wear 46 in TS, if that helps. Exactly! I have the Gustin PHB WS in XXL classic, and it fits spot on, and have several TS shirts in 46, and they fit great.

oh and thanks for the maritime link, cause now I have the purple/sky blue gingham from last call on the way. I'm out of shirt space, having trouble crossing the bridge into "donate shit I have that's fine that I know I'll never wear ever again" land, though.
