$78 is a great price for the shirt but the wait time is pushing it out to almost spring. It is a bit heavy for warm weather. Yep. Personally, I don't mind the weight of something like that except in high summer down here. The rest of the time, our building has the AC jacked to the point where I almost need a substantial shirt more in the spring and early summer than I do in the winter.

OOPS - I screwed up - Mattbert - is that an Ebbets? It's not mine so I can't say for sure, but I don't think Ebbets does that old Cubbies cap. Might be an old Cooperstown Ballcap Co one. They did the period style short brims like that. Broke my heart when they closed up shop.

What do you guys think of the Brush Brown Waxed Wayfaring Jacket TS just released? I mean as a tall guy this might make sense for me. I am torn on the light weight, only 8.25 oz. Also the buttons do look cheap.

Also the buttons do look cheap. I really, really like it at first glance, and I want to buy one. Light weight is ideal for me here in the tropics. I'm neither here nor there on the buttons; they could be better, but they're not killing me. I wish they included the length in the fit guide, but I am the same height (6'4") as the guy modeling the Ash colored one and it looks like a good length on him. I'm a little concerned that the sleeves look quite short, though. I'd probably order a 44 instead of the 42 he's wearing, but still. I don't want much shirt cuff sticking out on a jacket designed for rain and wind and all that; kinda defeats the purpose if your wrists get soaked. The off-center buttons are a neat touch and give it an interesting look for what is otherwise a pretty traditional jacket. I like stuff like that; classic lines and materials but with a subtle, tasteful twist or two that makes something stand out from the pack just a bit. I would have liked to see a photo of the jacket being worn unbuttoned, though. Can't tell if it might look a little dopey if it's not buttoned up.

Once your styling around in it, the money part will be a fleeting thought. It intrigues me that I just might make it happen. I still have a tall version of the flannel lined LD cruiser on the way. I am trying to convince myself it is the same color as the G dark oak looking at the fabric side by side. However, I love that brown TS color.

I'm really hoping that TS offers the CPO again next Holiday season. After getting my navy, I tried to pick up the gray, but they were long gone. I suggested to them to offer a green version, with the others next season. Absolutely fantastic shirts.

Does anybody have experience with the Workshop for TS? Are they pretty punctual with the estimated delivery dates? For instance, I've found that sometimes Gustin isn't great about actually hitting the estimated month for delivery.

I got some chinos via workshop. Slight delay and mix up when I changed the size on my order. Customer service was quick and refunded me my money but took about 2 weeks. Would buy again when something catches my eye.

My last TS purchase wasn't a workshop, but a delayed shipping time from purchase date, and it shipped one day later than advertised. From my experience , TS seems to have a very good handle on things.

But I don't know if that's just a couple experiences or a consistent thing. Do they charge you when you buy or when the campaign closes?

I picked up a TS white oxford from domestic dometic's winter sale the other day. They had it to me in 2 days. The fit is great, but unfortunately there are reddish orange stains all over the collar. Will have to send it back.

Was sent an email that it would end up being 50% of the waiting time they originally said. Got it early December. Absolutely killed it. Perfect experience.
